Jared and Johann were both friendly and professional and got me a quote for duct cleaning very quickly and worked with me on price and we were able to make a deal that worked for my budget.

Lindsey was able to have someone evaluate my issue the same day I called and I appreciate that very much. Kudos to Lindsey. The person that evaluated my issue and the technician that performed the actual work were friendly and courteous. I do have some issue that kept me from rating my experience 5 star. First, the day following my repair I went to the basement and a light had been left on. Second, when the technician was bringing the new sump in my house I noticed that the backup battery was the same as my present backup battery, which I had just replaced a few months ago. I asked the technican to use my battery in the new system and leave the new battery for me in its box. He said he would and when he left he said the repairs were done, everything looked good, no leaks and he left the battery. When I went to the basement he actually had installed the new battery and left me the "old one". Maybe he was required to use the new battery or maybe he didn't understand my request but I didn't get the impression that either was true. Lastly, the new system appears different and in reflection it would have been good to have him show me the function and an operation manual and warranty documents would have been nice. It might seem like I wasn't attentive to the situation but I use a walker and accessing the basement is difficult for me and reserved for necessity only. I do appreciate the prompt response to my repair needs.

Technician was friendly and efficient in checking furnace. He explained results of the inspection clearly and was professional in his efforts.

My best friend from high school just retired from having his own HVAC business. I called him today and went over both the A/C inspection checklist that Andy provided last week as well as Dre's visit yesterday. He said he was impressed with Andy's thoroughness and time spent here - and recommended the membership/maintenance agreement based on that work. I appreciated all of Dre's explanations of options for other maintenance - even though we may not necessarily contract for those things like duct cleaning and return drop replacement. Overall, I am happy to do business with LBA based on my experience and the recommendation of a trusted source of info.

Bradley and Chris came to my house for a sewer line backup.

They ran a camera down the drain and then the auger. They both talked me through every step and even showed me what they were looking at on the camera. Very informative.

LBA called me and offered a free maintenance checkup simply because I had been a previous client. That's unheard-of!! I scheduled the visit at a time convenient to me, was called about 20 min before they showed up, and they were done in about an hour. He wore booties to ensure he wasn't bringing in dirt to my house and talked me through everything he did at the end of his visit. He didn't find anything wrong with my HVAC unit and was very pleasant to work with. Will be using LBA again!

LBA team is fantastic, very professional, and explained everything clearly. He checked both the AC and furnace thoroughly, He also gave me helpful tips for maintenance and answered all my questions patiently. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. Highly recommend for anyone needing LBA services!

Calvin fixed our A/C unit first thing this morning after I called less than 24 hours ago. The service was professional and prompt - very pleased, would recommend and use LBA again!

Jamal was a great salesman with knowledge, friendliness, and humor along with transparency and authenticity that we appreciate when deciding on big purchases. Dave was excellent and thorough with installing and took the time to explain everything before and after while navigating through any obstacles with a true understanding of HVAC and plumbing and making us feel comfortable with leaving our home in his capable hands. I worked the night before so I slept on the couch while he worked and felt at ease with him working the day away. I’m not sure of the name of the man who installed the humidifier but he was friendly as well and I faintly recall waking up to him asking my permission to install. I absolutely recommend this company and am already enjoying the benefits of our water system and water heater. Thank you guys!

I would love to rate him, but he did no services for me. I have been having trouble getting the office to call me back, but have told two different employees that we need to reschedule this service. I feel bad he made the trip and no one communicated with him about this either. I thought LBA was a great company, but something is going on with the office and needs to be addressed

Walker, and Scott were a great team helping me understand what was wrong and guiding me to the best solution. The installers arrived the next day and got the new system installed in record time!

The one thing I wish, is that I had a final touch point with Scott after the install, and final paperwork on warranty, itemized list of what was installed, and final review. I won't remove a star, but If this final review got added to the job checklist it would elevate the customer service experience greatly.

Fabian was very courteous and knowledgeable. He identified the problem very quickly and set to work fixing it. I am very pleased.

Johan came out to do an emergency maintenance call on our really old AC sytem. He was very nice and explained everything that he was seeing. He let me know what he could possibly do, what was wrong, and what he could possibly do to fix it. And ultimately called in help when it was clear that the system was beyond repair.

Lane was awesome when he came out this weekend when our AC went out. He took good care of us and made sure we knew all of our options so we could make an informed decision. He also brought us portable AC units to help keep us cool while we waited for the install.

Lewis did an awesome job installing our new system, and was very nice to my wife explaining what he was doing and how to take care of our new system. He even answered some electrical system questions that my wife had. Very kind and patient.

Fabian was friendly and professional. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I was very satisfied with his performance.
