Very disappointed, I had/have a leak in mid July and called a few places, Jesse from Restore Roofing was the first to return my call. I was very happy he was able to come out the next day, on a Saturday, to help me out. When he arrived and assessed the situation he said he would be able to do a quick fix on the leak for around $150, but he felt strongly that I had hail damage and would be able to file a claim with insurance to replace the roof. I said well that would be great. He even helped me make the call and file the claim. Over the next few weeks, things went back and forth with the insurance company, all the while he is assuring me it will get handled and all the while my roof is still leaking when it rains. The last contact I had was 2 weeks ago when I spoke with Jesse again and told him the insurance company was requesting more information, he again assured me ‘they would get me taken care of’. I haven’t heard from him since, he is not responding to messages and not returning my calls. I have never written a negative review for anything, but this has been such a nightmare I felt I had to.

In response to Nathan, Jesse was not working independently, he placed a sign for your company in my yard and you even came to my house with Jesse. I already have someone else coming to help me, so I no longer need your services or lack there of, and I understand that you want to try and say what you can on Google to make it sound right and that your company handled this professionally, but I want to be clear that neither Jesse or you as the owner did. If Jesse has stepped away, you should’ve personally reached out to the clients he was working with to ensure they were taken care of (before they left a Google review)

Edited again, in response to your edit…you are still simply trying to save face on a bad google review. You tried once to call me, and all other ‘communication’ has been here, not for me but for others who may be reading. You did not offer a refund in a phone call to me, and no refund is necessary because no work was done. No temporary repairs were made, my roof continues to leak, even though I asked multiple times for a repair. I have not contacted you because I have no need to any longer, I don’t need anything else from you. I just want others to know what could happen before doing business with you. Again, your best move would’ve been to apologize for allowing things to be handled so poorly instead of making excuses and trying to put this back on me.

Edit: again, I have no reason to communicate or reach out to you at this point. You have nothing to offer to fix the lack of communication on your end, you only reached out after reading my review, which was too late. I only posted the review so others could be made aware of how my situation was handled. And your responses have done nothing but try to blame me and the insurance company. When all I was looking for was help and communication from your business, never was there any mention of this being a ‘side’ job, including when you were at my house, or when your sign was placed in my yard, or when YOU said how much you would appreciate me spreading the word on social media and Google review about your business.

We are so happy with our new roof and gutters. Mr. Troy Jarrett really made the whole experience smooth and easy. His attention to detail during the inspection and his communication as a direct line to the agent were very impressive. The crew replaced our roof and gutters in one day and the clean up was spotless

I can’t say enough great things about Restore Roofing and More. They did an estimate, submitted the paperwork to my insurance company and got everything approved. I had only the briefest of contact with my insurance company and the adjuster. Brad took care of the rest. A no stress experience that I couldn’t even imagine in the beginning. I originally contacted them for a gutter estimate prior to getting my house painted. Discovered my roof was severely damaged in the April hailstorm, so the end result was roof, gutters, gutter guards, house painting and a new skylight. All done by Restore. The crew for each project was amazing … asking me questions along the way to make sure we were on the same page and cleaning up EVERYTHING!
My neighbors around the corner loved my paint so much, they picked the exact colors🤣.
Really nice perk is my new friendship with Brad. He’s welcome to come by anytime for coffee and a chat!

Nathan and Tysen were great in assessing and guiding through the entire process. From the initial inspection, to meeting with my insurance adjuster, to overseeing the crew that did the work. They were responsive and easy to get a hold of, and I never felt like they were trying to hurry off somewhere. The project itself was done great, and would definitely recommend them.

Sean and the team did a great job. They replaced all the wood rot and provided assistance in picking the colors for the house and stain for the deck. The kept the job site clean and provided some nice unexpected finishing touches. This is the second time we have used them and would definitely use them again.

We had the exterior of our house painted last week with sharper impressions. We got quotes from two other companies and they were very similar. We decided to go with Sharper Impressions because they could get us scheduled faster (once we signed the contract they started painting the next week) and also they provided us with a color consultation to help select our colors which was extremely helpful and would highly recommend taking advantage of! Alex and his team came and did touch ups and repairs one afternoon and then started painting the next day. They finished our entire 2 story house, three car garage doors and front door in 8 hours. We were shocked how fast they were! We did a walk through with the project manager the next morning and found several spots that needed to be touched up as well as we asked them to paint under all outlet covers, door hardware, etc. They were very receptive to all of our requests. The project manager was very responsive and helpful. There are very few drops of paint on our driveway/deck but really not a big deal. They cleaned up very well every day. Overall we were very happy. We LOVE our house color and the quality of work is amazing. We had several neighbors that commented on the speed and how great it looked and also asked for the company we used because they were planning to paint soon as well! Would highly recommend.

After experiencing several issues trying to fix up my older house with a strange texture on the walls, I realized it was beyond my capabilities to fix it. I called Sharper Impressions to come and do the interior of the house and Sean and his team did an incredible job. Not only did they fix the texture, they also were able to correct all the problems I created along the way trying to do it myself. They have added a ton of value to the house and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to revitalize their home interior.

Great team to work with. Their color consultant was very helpful providing us option that met our vision. We had siding replaced and the entire house painted and the crew was very efficient and communicative during the entire process. Our house has never looked better!

They responded promptly to my request for a bid, had the bid ready in under 30 minutes after viewing our home and scheduled our job as soon as I told them I had selected their bid. We only needed our trim painted, but that did also include the windows in the back and on the sides. The crew arrived as scheduled, did a great job of prepping and painting and cleaned up as promised. It was terribly hot while they were working, but they said they were happy we had a lot of shade and they kept on working. They finished on schedule and asked us to do a walk around before they left. We did a second inspection with the manager. I would recommend Sharper Impressions Painting to anyone needing painting done at their home.

I had four different companies and individuals provide me bids on painting the interior of my home. Not only did Sharper Image’s Sean come in with a competitive bid, I was assured the job would only take four days. Other places had told me two weeks. Sharper Image made good on that statement and actually completed the job in three days. The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I plan to use them again and would strongly recommend this painting company to anyone considering a major paint job.

We had some interior painting we wanted done. I always speak with a number of options and was surprised at people who did not show/get back to me and some crazy quotes we received.
