I worked with Maria and her team for years; however, the quality of the service has steadily declined. Last month, a group of two arrived to clean my house and skipped even the basics, like cleaning the kitchen sink. The floor was dirty, towels were left on the floor and pictures were askew. When I provided a list of my concerns, including photographs, to Maria I received only a belated apology.
