Josh was great. We have these floor to ceiling windows on the back of our house. I’ve tried to clean them myself in a few different ways. Could never get them clean. We initially told Josh that these were the only windows that we wanted cleaned - inside and out. But, when he arrived my husband added the front window and door. No problem at all. Josh jumped right in and got them done too. The price was very reasonable and would definitely recommend this business.

Clearwater Window Cleaning (Josh Medina) was recommended to me and I am grateful to have found him. The windows in my house are old (includes storm windows) and the job to clean them required an experienced cleaner with skill, talent and wisdom, all of which Josh has. He is a professional and he handled each one of my windows with special attention and care. He did a great job and he even corrected and fixed mistakes that were made by previous window cleaners. Josh cleaned all our windows and patio doors. I hadn’t realized my windows were so dirty until I could see out them in 4K. He also cleaned out my gutters. Reasonably priced, friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely hire Josh to clean our windows again!

Terrible experience. This company has been relentlessly spamming my online-only business with cleaning service offers, despite the fact that I have no physical office or need for such services. Their repeated, unsolicited messages are disruptive, unprofessional, and show a complete disregard for basic business etiquette. I’ve asked them to stop multiple times, but the spam keeps coming. If you value your time and want to avoid aggressive, irrelevant marketing tactics, I strongly recommend staying far away from this business

Awful experience. They came in and gave an estimate on their own and then refused to do the work saying it was “too much”. I paid for all the interior and exterior cleaning of the commercial hood in my restaurant and the worker, Mike Wheeler, did half the inside and didn’t do any cleaning on the outside. I paid for exterior cleaning & he refused to clean!! Additionally, he didn’t bring any equipment and used my brand new microfiber towels I had bought for my business without asking. Mike didn’t move my new stove out of the way and there is grease on it now. I asked him to and he said he won’t get it dirty, but then proceeded to. I called their number asking for someone to come back and finish up the cleaning and the lady was rude and unprofessional. She ended the call and refused to call again. I got charged hundreds for someone who refused to do their work. Attached are pics. Never go through this company. They are rude, unprofessional, and don’t know how to do their job.

They had a reconfirmed appointment to clean our hoods last night and never showed up!

Ivy Zumwalt, the operations manager, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will never do business with this company again because of her. Very disrespectful and vile person.

They make a mess, leave water all over the floor, fill trash cans full of water and dont dump them out, and dont do a complete job. Worst cleaning company around. Check out the quality of work in the photos.

Crown has been "cleaning" the range hood at our school for years. Even though it is only used on rare occasions. We recently switched to a local hood cleaner who took these Before and After pics of the fan blades. As far as I can tell Crown never cleaned the fan. I emailed Crown, asking for an explanation of why we'd been paying $350/year and while they replied the first time, it was gibberish. I asked for clarification and never heard back from them. I heartily discourage anyone from using their services.

ApexSite Cleaning did a wonderful job with our rental property. The crew did a deep clean, which they did an amazing job - it was spotless. They also cleaned our property and added special touches and details. We were so happy with their professionalism and will recommend them to all of our colleagues, friends and family.

Spotless cleaning to the rescue! I purchased a home as-is and had to remove years of junk from inside and the yard. The crew had a dumpster brought to the property and the job was done in less than two day! AND they provided before and after pics because I was out of state. Keeping this company in my speed dial for future use! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
