1st time customer.Had a 2 hr window for a gutter cleaning arrival time. They were 50 min early, completely missed them. I wanted to be there and needed to be able to let them thru to upper deck. No call to me about being early. I shifted my work schedule around to make appointment work. Had I known, I could have just stayed at work. They left leaf debris on my front porch, both upper and lower decks and in the landscaping beds. 2 of the porches they could have accessed to leaf blow the mess but didn’t. Pretty upset, I immediately called them (still well before my appointment time) She was nice on the phone but couldn’t guarantee that he could be back out today. I didn’t want to have to leave work early again so I took a $25 credit for NEXT service which I highly doubt there will be one. Now I have to clean my porches and landscaping.

This company is terrible for gutter cleaning. I hired them a few years ago and had to call to have them come back to redo several of the gutters and clean the downspouts. They came back and fixed the issues with no further complaints Fast forward to last week. I needed my gutters cleaned again, so I gave Rigdon a second chance. Once again they did terrible on the first visit and came back to do the gutters a second time as i could visibly see sticks and leaves still in my guttering.

While the company brags about their SECOND attempt to complete the work properly, they still have not addressed the fact that they DID NOT check the downspouts to ensure they were clear of leaves or debree. This just shows that RIGDON does not care about the job they were hired to perform, or the customers that hired them!

I have used Rigdon for window cleaning for the past 5 years. They are easy to schedule, arrive promptly when scheduled (and always call to let me know they are on the way), and work efficiently. They offer good window washing specials throughout the year which I take advantage of and they do a thorough job. I will continue to use Rigdon and would recommend them for window washing.

Had house power washed and windows cleaned inside and out. Power washer did good on home but left patios dusty and grungy. Window washing crew was great, nice, efficient and courteous.

They did a great job clearing and servicing the gutters. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they just tossed the clumps of leaves and sludge all over my yard. I expected them to collect it all in a yard waste bag. Is that not common procedure? If not, it should be.

Our gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation was quick and painless! The estimate only took a few minutes to perform and we got the cost back within 24 business hours. We were able to get it scheduled within the next week, and installation only took a handful of hours. The warranty is a great deal, and we were very happy with the price. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend, especially as a first time homeowner.

The Rigdon employee called before he arrived, arrived on time and was courteous and respectful of our home. He did a great job of washing interior windows and cleaned up after himself.

We have used Rigdon for many services. Most recently we had them clean our gutters. Very friendly and professional and the gutters look great. Highly recommend!

Excellent professional service doing my interior and exterior window cleaning for years. Also performed ceiling fan cleaning and installed light bulb in fixture both of which were in very high ceilings. All done at reasonable price in timely manner.

I never leave bad reviews and I wanted to avoid this but...

Rigdon came into my place of business to offer window cleaning, we did not seek them out. I was hesitant because we have about $3000 worth of graphic vinyl on our business front, but the sales person assured me they work with this material all the time.

Immediately after them leaving, it was brought to my attention that there was significant scratching to the vinyl on the large windows as well as the vinyl decal on the front door, this one will need replaced completely.

I called and was told there is no way they caused this. I was not asking for them to reimburse us, just acknowlegde the issue so that it would not happen again on the next cleaning and they stated there is just no way they caused it. Like, what?? The vinyl has been there for 2 years without any issue. Why would I lie about that? I did not even want anything from them, just to make sure it didn't happen again. Anyways - if you have vinyl of any kind - I would select another company!

I've used Rigdon for years to clean my windows, but this year hired them for Christmas lights. They were timely, did a great job, and came back and took them down. Highly recommend!

Rigdon has been cleaning my windows for several years. They are professional and customer service oriented. I highly recommend them for all your window cleaning needs. I just learned today they have handyman/home improvement services which I intend to use in the very near future.

Crew was on time, professional, and very courteous. Explanation of work was provided before the work was started. Explanation and approval of charges was handled before the crew left. The gutter and windows look great. I would really recommend Rigdon services to anyone selling their home. Clean windows really add to a house's appeal.

Alex and his team did a wonderful job. I know our house is not an easy one to work on with a 60 foot drop on the back side but Rigdon do a wonderful job and test the downspouts once the gutter were cleared. I have tried other service companies but Rigdon are the best.

Rigdon performed both gutter cleaning and window cleaning for our home. Everything was perfect and provided by a respectful and courteous professionals. Our windows had not been washed in at least 5 years and when I asked "how dirty were they?" the service professional was kind and did not say much until I told him, "it is fine to say they were very dirty" then he confessed! It was a pleasure doing business with Rigdon and we will have them back.
