Although we didn’t directly hire Arbor Masters, the city did to remove some trees on our property. I’ve watched Rey, Raul and Angel work for two days. I’ve been completely amazed at their work. I didn’t get much done around the house during said days 😂
They are SO incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve enjoyed talking to Raul and Rey. I had questions and they were SO kind. They explained many things and educated me about their processes.
Between the two of them they have 55 years of experience and let me tell you: you can tell! They removed some MASSIVE trees. I wasn’t sure how they could get that done without hitting houses or cars but they were very confident. Raul was driving a little bobcat like a complete pro picking up debris and making piles for the pick up man. He too did a fabulous job with his truck picking up massive tree trunks and hauling them away.
For the most part it was the 3 of them, and the efficiency and mastery with which they worked was unbelievable! Never in my life would I have thought that tree removal could be this fascinating!
Everything was calculated with precision, executed quickly and well, and they did a fabulous job cleaning up.
I would most certainly hire these guys if needed. They’re AMAZING as professionals, and wonderful men!

I had a fantastic experience working with Rigdon. From start to finish, their communication was great: easy to schedule, clear confirmations, and timely reminders.

My home has over 100 feet of gutters, and they were upfront about the pricing once they confirmed the actual measurements. I appreciated that they verified the cost with me before moving forward. My gutters now look great!

I also asked about cedar shingles that were flagged during my home inspection as potentially rotted. Ronnie came out to take a look and gave me a professional, honest assessment. He let me know that far fewer shingles needed replacement than I initially feared. As a first-time homeowner, I really value their integrity—they could’ve easily upsold me, but they didn’t.

Rigdon was recommended to me for interior painting. Our house was on the market and we needed a high level paint job done quickly. I highly recommend them! They were on time each day, very personable and extremely detailed on the paint job.

Rigdon showed up on time. Our windows were very dirty with smudges, and Rigdon was able to clean them well so they were very clear and no smudges. We were very pleased!

We had our windows washed inside and out by Rigdon and were thrilled with the quality of the work. Antonio arrived right on time and did a great job! He was very neat and did a thorough job.

Rigdon came out for my window cleaning and RJ came out this time, and he was great. He did not bang the cleaning wands against my windows, I appreciate that and he did a very good job of cleaning for us. I would like to have him again if possible.

This was my first time using Rigdon, and I was looking forward to it based on the excellent reviews I had seen online.

Initially, the booking process was seamless. The staff was responsive and friendly, which set a positive tone. Unfortunately, the actual service did not go as smoothly. On the day of the appointment, the cleaning crew did not show up, which was quite disappointing as I had taken time off work specifically for this service.

Upon reaching out, the team promptly acknowledged the booking error (forgot to enter the appointment into the system) and rescheduled the appointment for later in the day. However, the crew arrived several hours past the rescheduled time. Upon arrival, the crew was friendly, but it was evident they were rushed, as it was the end of the day, extending well past normal business hours.

While the windows were cleaned to a satisfactory level, the same cannot be said for the window screens. The rushed work resulted in nearly every screen being stretched or ripped, which I now have to replace at my own expense. This outcome is entirely unacceptable and has marred what could have been a positive experience.

Due to the no-show, the significant delay, and the damage to the window screens, I would rate this experience as one star. However, the friendly and prompt communication with your staff does redeem it slightly, making it a two-star experience overall.

I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve your services and ensure such issues do not recur in the future.

We had a great experience with Rigdon. Very responsive to my initial inquiry. From first point of contact to my work being completed was around 3 weeks. The wood rot repairs look seamless and the crew was great!

Rigdon responded promptly and professionally to my request for an estimate. My gutters were beautifully cleaned and I also received an inspection. As a result of this, I booked Christmas lights and window cleaning! I am a satisfied new customer!

Good quality work and fair pricing. Repaired and painted all wood rot, painted garage doors, and rebuilt window flower box. Also washed all windows. Very courteous and qualified staff. We have used RIGDON since we moved here nine years ago and have always been very pleased with their work.

Mr Maestas was on time and called to let me know when he would arrive. He was efficient and did all 40 windows in an hour and a half. Very pleased with his work getting my windows sparking clean.
