I wish there was a rating higher than excellent. I swear.....these guys are amazing!! We had a damaged tree (storm wind damage) in our backyard that could not be saved. They got us scheduled very quickly from when we called. They cut down the entire tree, loaded all the branches/debris (even the stuff that my husband left behind) into their truck and are now finishing the stump in less than an hour. They are so nice, so professional, and VERY reasonably priced. And.......I had a great time watching them work. It's a true skill and was very cool to watch! Thanks Joe - and Marrs!

They are wonderful! This morning Joe cut all the branches hanging over our home using the bucket...he is truly a master!
My husband and I are so happy with their work...this is our second time using Marrs and we will definitely use them again. Don came out the first time and also did excellent work...Donna is very helpful in setting everything up, accommodating our crazy schedule!

We used Marrs Tree Service for a tree removal last Fall - they ground the stump for us but didn't fill with dirt even though we were charged. Despite this, we gave them another chance and hired them to remove 2 additional trees in June. In July, after calling multiple times they admitted they had somehow dropped us from their list but would put us back on the schedule. We are now in September and after leaving multiple voicemails, they've stopped returning my calls. I understand small businesses get overwhelmed with work, but it's 3 months after accepting my bid and I still don't have even an ETA on when the work will be done. More importantly, not returning phone calls is highly unprofessional. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Del has come out to our home three times over the last five years and always done a fantastic and professional job. From trimming to removing a tree that was too close to the house, he and his team are great! I will definitely call him again when the need arises!

I received an estimate from Jeff, which was the most affordable of several companies around. As soon as I let them know we were ready for service they were here within a week (they told me within the next 30 days or sooner). Krista has been amazingly responsive on the office side!

I didn’t hire this company but my neighbor did. It seems like they do perfectly fine work, but I would not recommend hiring them based on their professionalism. The service member who worked on my neighbor’s tree took it upon himself to enter my backyard and begin trimming my neighbor’s tree that was coming over our shared fence without permission while I sat on my patio with company and my dog outside. This was incredibly alarming and intrusive, as well as risky because my dog (and many dogs that is) is highly protective and reactive toward strangers. When I told this service member to leave my yard, he ignored me. When I continued to ask him to leave, he became belligerent with me even telling me to call the police, that he didn’t care if my dog bit him, and that he was doing me a favor. Again, this was incredibly intrusive and just unacceptable behavior.

Second time using their services and agin a great job. Very professional and thorough! Completely satisfied with their work and I definitely recommend this company!

One of their drivers just pulled across 169 highway in Spring Hill and they just narrowly missed causing an accident with a box truck and my wheelchair van. We both slammed on our brakes and dodged and I almost had to hit the ditch just to survive. Tried to call the owners, but nobody was available. This company is going out of business soon with a driver like that!!!

They did some work for our neighbors, so you might ask, why am I the one reviewing them?

On the first day they blocked our driveway, but that was easy enough to resolve.

The next day, they dismantled our lawn ornaments and drove over our lawn, right up next to our house, driving entirely on our property to do this work, and let themselves into our backyard (we have pets), without even knocking on or door or giving us a phone call to let us know, or ask if that is okay. They did NOT replace the things they moved and dismantled after they left.

Not only that, but they drove right over our recently-fixed sewer line with their several-ton truck. A plumber recently told us that our sewer line had buckled from pressure, and now I wonder if this truck has been here before and done the same thing and that's what caused it.

I tried to walk out and talk to a worker, and she just stared at me and kept walking, completely ignoring me.

After reading other reviews and seeing them do the same thing to other people and cuss them out over it, I'm just going to call the police next time they trespass without asking. Completely unprofessional.

Bad customer service. Cursed at my wife over the phone. Didn’t follow directions or complete bid properly and won’t be accountable. Lots of other tree companies that are much more professional!

We have used Elite Tree Service for many years. They have always done a great job for us. Some years were extensive two day projects, removing and trimming trees. Pricing has always been reasonable. The owner Jeff is a great and honest guy to deal with. The workers have always been professional and respectful of the surrounding roads and neighbor's property.

I called last week to get a dead tree looked at on my new property, the owner came within 2hours to give estimate. Offered immediate service within 7 days.
As quoted within 7 days a crew showed up and politely entered my yard (using boards to protect my lawn from the machinery) took down my tree and cleaned up the space. Would recommend to family/friends, quoted a competitive and fair price, professional tree work.

Taking down our 70 year old 70+’ pin oak was a daunting task, but not too much for Arbor Masters to handle. They sent us a certified arborist to assess the tree and price our options. We opted to go forward with removal. Because the tree was in the right of way for the power company Arbor Masters coordinated power line disconnection with the power company. The highly skilled crew arrived on time and felled our behemoth. They took great care to level the stump low. per our request and provided comprehensive cleanup. Highly recommend their services for the big and involved jobs like ours. Not the least expensive but definitely highly skilled and reliable.

We had a fabulous experience with Arbor Masters. We had not had our trees trimmed & cleaned up for several years. Met with Brian to evaluate what we needed, scheduling was easy, then they came in and did a wonderful job with our little and big trees, not job too small or challenge too big! Dylan was so friendly and willing to explain the process of what they were doing. Could not be happier with a job very well-done!!

Top notch tree care! After a horrible experience with another company, Arbor Masters took care of our trees the RIGHT way. From their arborists (previously Tyler, and now Mike) to the guys who amazingly climbed our trees with ease (Dylan and his partner, they know trees and will not let you down! So impressed. The estimate was pleasant and the price fair. The crew they sent were fantastic. Rafael, Max and Dustin did a fabulous job taking down the tree and cleaning up afterwards. We have trees and landscaping all over the yard and they were great. Rafael is extremely good at his profession, hats off.

Crew did a fantastic job removing plumbing tree trunk and trimming a burning bush back. Very professional and friendly. Price was very reasonable. Will use again.

Zach and Austin from Arbor Masters provided truly outstanding customer service. They arrived ahead of schedule, quickly cleared up a minor mix-up, and worked efficiently to get the job done. Despite my yard having very tight space, they handled everything professionally and with care. Their excellent service is the reason I would gladly choose Arbor Masters again in the future. I asked them to leave the mulch for me to use for my garden; otherwise, it would have been a clean level ground.

Absolutely amazing work! Cut large dying honey locust tree down to trunk for future carving by artist. Also trimmed 2 and removed one large birch tree and removed a dying apple tree. They kept me in the loop, were very considerate of me and my time, verified the exact expectations of the job. Pricing was VERY fair for the work and the crew members were kind and professional. Highly recommended this company!
