I spoke with Thomas Flores today before he applied the fertilizer/pre-emergent. I showed him where my dogs had torn up the yard inside the fenced area and that I was thinking about spot seeding the affected area. He was very helpful and offered to use regular fertilizer in that area and use pre-emergent in the areas outside of that area. Then he spot treated the weeds before leaving. He was happy to offer specific care and was extremely courteous. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received today.

I wasn’t here at the time of the service but I got a phone call when the gentleman arrived to verify the address was correct he was very nice and friendly. I appreciated his call and I see the post in the yard that says Tru Green so I know he did his job, as far as telling a difference in my yard this is the first day so I really can’t say much to my neighbors use Tru Green and their lawns look wonderful so I have a lot of trust in Tru Green. Thank you.

There was a problem with the first visit for bug/pest control. The individual who came today7/24 was excellent and took the time to do a complete and professional job. Satisfied that the job was complete. Thank you James.

Chris always does an excellent job. Great customer service and checks in when he gets here asking if I have any concerns, etc., which I truly appreciate. My neighbors are so envious of my yard. It is super thick, dark green, no weeds . . . absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend the services.

Have had issues earlier this summer with response to i sect damage on lawn a d lack of respose, buy am pleased that Trugreen stepped up to core aerate and reseed the damaged areas. The technician they sent, Hunter, did a great and thorough job. Would like yo have him for all of out work- one of their best!

The service/product is amazing. My lawn, trees and shrubs have never looked better. I was losing some of my established evergreen shrubs. I thought I was going to have to remove them. I contacted TruGreen, they were already doing my lawn, and asked them to come out and see if they could save them. They did. They are thriving, growing and look beautiful. One of my neighbours has a lawn filled with dandelion weeds, the ones that spread like wildfire in the wind. I have zero that have invaded my yard. My grass is deep green, soft and weed free.

Catherine was friendly and helpful, like always. I can trust that she’ll do a great job every time!

Technician was detailed, thorough and not in a rush to complete service. For first time, blew off driveway from over spray of fertilizer. Well done!

When I have issues, like weeds popping up between service applications and I call they get on it immediately and within a few days have someone at my home treating the weeds. Their service sets them apart from anyone else.

Despite a clear no soliciting sign on my door, today trugreen has sent someone to solicit at my home.

Duane let us know he was here and what services he would be applying. He then methodically went about his business. Very courteous and professional.

The communication from Tru Green is great. Even though I wasn’t home they were able to get the job done and sent a statement of what the did, how much of which product was used and the square footage they covered. They also thanked me for entrusting them to take care of things while I wasn’t there. Nice job Tru Green.

Service gentleman did a good job but I'll have to wait a few weeks do see if the seed comes up to rate the service.

Although I was not home, the technician spoke with my husband. It was very professional and explained to him what he did with the yard which he did apply fertilizer to clean it up and make it look healthier. I have trusted True Green for three years and I believe they do a wonderful job. I highly recommend them.

We utilized TruGreen for multiple months in 2024. We only signed up for weed control and to get an Emerald Ashe Boar treatment on our tree. Every time the people would come out they would do something we had not asked for, fertilizer/washing other trees with water? (what??) and when I would catch them to ask what they were doing they wouldn't even be able to tell me. When they FINALLY did the Ashe treatment they did not automatically charge us for it (every other BS treatment was automatically withdrawn), and sent the charge to collections? No contact. Just collections. Oh, and my yard is still full of weeds and patchy grass.

TLDR: Its a hoax, just walk away.

The service provider was kind , courteous and professional. He warned me of an infested tree that if not treated could cause me a problem. An effective treatment was recommended. I truly appreciated his interest in my yard.

We have our shrubs treated each summer and every year. Prior to using TruGreen, we kept losing several plants. Since we had their service, our shrubs have flourished and we have not lost any.
