This was my first time at this Family Tree location, and it definitely won’t be my last. The variety of plants, the light, the koi pond, and Cafe Equinox all added to the perfect ambiance. Great place to peruse and purchase plants, or grab coffee with friends and enjoy the scenery.

I can't believe I didn't come here years ago!!! The entire place is neat, organized and chock full of super cool stuff! I am terrible with plants, I have a black thumb of death. Seriously. I killed a cactus once. Luckily I found Lucy who helped me find the perfect plant for my needs and a planter that I adore. Oh, and check out the garden decor, SICK!!! Will defo be back!

The lady gladly helped me find a Venus Fly Trap for my wife! They were all super friendly and the place looks so pretty!

Extensive selection of unique tropical plants! Many philodendron varieties, semi-rare hoyas, sensieveria, succulents, ficus, dracaena, maranta, alocasia, ferns and so much more all beautiful and lush in a warm indoor oasis despite the cold KC winter weather. A lovely place to grab coffee and stroll the aisles for unique planty finds. Highly recommend for the houseplant enthusiast. Employees were helpful and informative as well.

We're traveling and stopped here because we googled coffee shops and what a pleasant surprise to find this amazing cafe, coffee shop, store and nursery all in one!! It's a chill spot for students or working to hang out and get some work done or meet up with an old friend all while being surrounded by beautiful plants and being able to buy some too!! I wish they had one of these in Oklahoma!

Family Tree Nursery continues to be one of my favorite spots in JoCo. There is a lovely coffee shop located in the nursery, my go to is a cold brew. Inside the greenhouse there are plenty of areas to sit down and work. Not to mention the wide variety of plants and products available. I personally find any excuse to visit FTN!

Had an absolutely wonderful time here! They have a huge selection of plants, I love the signs they put above each plant which tells how much sunlight they require, what type of soil to use, what climate temperature to keep it at, all the details! Everyone is also so helpful and friendly. For $2 they'll pot the plants for you (if you're also buying a pot). Everything is very affordable and a good price I would say! The inside of the store is beautiful I wish I took more pictures but I'll be back!! They have a small selection of home grown potatoes/onions and other things. They have a hummingbird section, Mason bee homes, bird houses, really pretty watering pails, fertilizer, it's just a great place!! They have seating in the green house during the winter months and it feels like a beautiful summer day in there. :) Definitely recommend!!

Always the very best service! Great plants and home decor! We had a great time at their class. Lots of parking. Highly recommend!

Such a lovely garden nursery. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They also offer potting for your plants. Definitely reccomened visiting if you are in the area or want to get more plants for your home. 🌱💚🌿🌵🍀

Love this place! We attended a Christmas container workshop. Rachel, the employee assigned to our table, was great. It was so much fun, and the nursery looked beautiful!

Great selection and helpful, friendly staff. They offer delivery + planting of purchased trees for 60% of the purchase price, and have a 5-year warranty if you buy their $50 fertilizer starter. Good deal and peace of mind for your investment, IMO.

I needed help with my Christmas cactus and of course the help desk answered all my questions. At present time I have a new condition that renders me in pain if I do too much. This young man (wish I had got his name) showed me all the flowers I wanted. Emma helped me look at dogwoods. I have been coming to the Nieman location for 40 years or more. I love it!!! Keep up the good work.

Today I had the pleasure of attending a workshop! I have never done this before! Why did I wait this long?!?! I made three fall planters with the help of AudreyAnn. She was very helpful and encouraging. She made it so easy to bring my ideas together. If I had a question, she answered it! I’m going back to do this again! YES!!
This is a fantastic place to buy all your landscaping shrubs, bedding plants, house plants! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Love this location! Container workshops, perennial staff and the tree nursery staff are all exceptionally very knowledgeable, helpful and full of great suggestions! 😀🌳

This is by far my favorite nursery in the area. There are closer nurseries but this one is reasonably priced, they will drill holes in pots for you (free). They sell a broad variety of plants and pots. They have local plants, exotic plants, herbs, water plants and everything in between. They recently reorganized, providing a an even larger seating area complete with a variety of cascading plants, good vibes, and a warm, comfortable place to sit. If you work nearby, this would make a great place to spend your lunch break. It could also provide a nice relaxing space to share a coffee with friends or a quiet place to focus and study. The coffee shop inside the store is an added bonus. (side note: you have to see their huge beautiful display of hanging pothos plants surrounding the coffee shop--its stunning)

There are so many fun, unique plants here! The selection is always changing and it seems their pots are too. They offer to drill holes in pots for drainage for free with purchase. Staff is all friendly and very helpful.

One of my favorite places to visit when in town. Absolutely love grabbing a coffee and working among the beautiful plants. I always seem to leave with a new one to add to my collection. Definitely a place for all plant lovers to visit or even a place to grab a specialty gift!
