I have had my house cleaned by Platinum Cleaning, formerly called Now That's Clean, for over 10 years. They do a great job for a reasonable price. If I have a concern, they are great about listening and making adjustments. It is so nice to come home to a clean house!

Platinum Cleaning Team is fantastic! They are respectful, responsive, professional and friendly! Their work is impeccable! My house is so clean and shines - from bottom to top / every corner, surface and window!

Platinum Cleaning LLC has been cleaning our home for over 2 years. I'm a very particular person when it comes to keeping our home clean. I gave them a 5 STAR rating because they keep my house clean and me happy.

My place looks amazing. The team came in and did an absolutely phenomenal job of cleaning our house. I have to say that they catches every little thing and definitely exceeded my dreams on what a clean place looks like. I definitely would recommend Platinum Cleaning to anyone. The girls are very polite and I’m going. I wish I can give them a 10 stars and not a 5 stars, that’s how satisfying I am always when they come and my clean. The owner of the company calls after the teams leaves to Verify that I am satisfied with my clean.

After using a mediocre cleaner for years, I called Platinum to deep clean after a disaster. WOW! I am so glad that I did. This crew exceeded all my expectations; our house has never been this clean. Such extraordinary attention for detail, I am blown away! I highly recommend this company - all the raving reviews are true!

My wife and I both work full time and have a young son. This made finding the time to do a proper cleaning difficult. After getting multiple quotes we chose Platinum Cleaning LLC. I am amazed to say the least, the price was great and the service was impeccable. I don’t think our house has ever been this clean!!! 100% recommend them.

I have had the pleasure of platinum cleaners coming to my home once a week to clean for the last 10 weeks or so. My retina detached and I had spent the previous months down after a fall in April with a broken back. They were the most reasonable from a price point of view.  Beyond that, they recognized that everyone lives in their homes differently so they have been easy to work with when I needed to customize the work to a certain extent. The first cleaning was a huge effort!  Three of them came for 4 hours, but I was not charged more. That meant a lot after so many medical expenses. Weekly, they have been on time,  thorough and I have enjoyed the clean environment they leave behind. On a couple of occasions when I have noticed something that was not done, they have been quick to remedy the problem and I have not had to remind them again. They are cheerful and interesting people all of whom I have enjoyed getting to know. I appreciate the attitudes of hard work and cooperation they have brought to my home. My 99 year old father lives with me, and they are always kind and thoughtful as they care for his needs.

I have waited a full year to leave a review for this cleaning service because I have moved a lot and I have experienced cleaning services starting off doing a wonderful job and then eventually seeing less and less attention to detail. We moved to the area a full year ago and Platinum Cleaning has been our cleaning provider for the full year, weekly visits. I have to say it’s been fabulous. The two or three times we had a concern or an issue, out of 52+ visits, we have reached to the owner and she has addressed it immediately to our full satisfaction. I am very pleased with them and I have a lot of experience in working with many cleaning companies. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely, superb! The house has never been cleaner. They are very detailed oriented. One of the ladies even looked at UTube to learn how to put on a duvet cover. I am very impressed. You couldn't make a better choice.

The Platinum’s cleaning crew were exceptionally professional and friendly. They answered my questions before they started. I recommend this service completely. They did a fantastic job for me. I had a deep clean cleaning for my house. Everything I had asked for was accomplished and then some. Kudos !!

I have been putting off writing this review because I wanted to be detailed (which takes time), because they deserve it! We have been using cottage care for monthly cleanings for over 6 months now. We have a small home, but husband and I work a ton so this is a self-care splurge for us!

Customer Service- I am starting here because Susan (who I speak with to schedule/ask general questions) consistently provides the best customer service I think I have ever experienced! She is extremely kind, professional and accommodating. She ALWAYS finds a way to make sure we are 100% satisfied with our service. In 6 months, there has been only one occasion when I had a small issue with cleaning. I debated on whether or not to even call because the issue was so small. I went ahead and called and Susan sent someone out to do a complete re-clean THE NEXT DAY! FREE. She did this without hesitation --I did not request it. They frequently check in the day after cleaning to make sure we are satisfied as well.

Cleaning- 100% satisfied, every single time. If I ever want something specific done or left alone, I leave a note and the person cleaning follows the directions perfectly. The one time I had a small issue with cleaning, it was simply that I couldn't tell if the couches had been vacuumed. We have cats so I vacuum them when I clean. Every time before and since that one time, they have been vacuumed and the house is spotless. We have had several different people come to clean and they all do a phenomenal job. I am not home when they clean usually, but I did meet Raven (spelling?) and she was friendly and did a wonderful job.

Price- I did a fair amount of price comparisons before contacting cottage care. There may be some places that charge a bit less, but overall the price is competitive! I wouldn't consider leaving cottage care for a small price decrease because we are so happy with service. I feel safe, secure and 100% happy with this company. For comparison, we have a 3b/1b home, roughly 900sqft and it is about $112 for once a month. We recently got another kitten and I am now looking to add another cleaning day. I do not know details, but they offer discounts for each additional cleaning per month!

Overall- I highly recommend this company. If you're on the fence, try one cleaning and see how you feel. There is no contract or commitment. Sometimes convenience purchases are not worth it, this one totally is for us. Thank you cottage care!

I called Cottage Care to help me clean my house for pictures when I listed it for sale recently. They did an incredible job, my house looked like it had been re-painted! The attention to detail was incredible, I could not be more pleased. My house showed well and sold really quickly, it looked beautiful. I don't usually use cleaning services because I'm a picky customer but I call this company whenever I need help, or just a break from cleaning! I just set up an appointment for them to help me in my new house.

Carter is absolutely amazing and does such a fantastic job in cleaning my one bedroom and bathroom apartment. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is very easy to do with staff at the office of Cottage Care. I highly recommend this cleaning service for your apartment and home.

This is was first time ever having someone else come in and clean my home, & I can definitely say that Alex did a wonderful job! She was so nice & polite not to mention that she left my house spotless! 100% Recommend, thank you so much Alex can’t wait to see you again!

I had been spoiled by an independent lady who cleaned for me for almost 10 years but we had to end her service in 2010 as my husband lost his job. I've gone the last 12 years cleaning myself (not very often and mainly for special occasions) so there was plenty of dirt to be had. A month prior to using Cottage Care (my original gal was totally booked) I used another service and had a terrible experience. I was concerned I would not be able to find anyone who cleaned as well as my first gal but thankfully, Cottage Care did an excellent job especially in areas that really never got attention over the last many years. I did not request deep cleaning but as far as I'm concerned, deep cleaning is what they did in certain areas. They were very polite, on time, and a manager even dropped in before they left to be sure everything was as it should be. I was very pleased with their service and pricing and will continue to have them clean monthly for me. Thank you Cottage Care, Kaylee and Deyona!

Tamara has been terrific. I love her personality and she does a very nice job in cleaning and following instructions. It is my hope that she comes every time to my house.
