It has been nothing but pleasantry dealing with James Sherman at Tempcon. I call him the Shermanator. He is all thrills, no frills. Top notch customer service.

My boss called Temp Con for repairs on a walk in freezer. The service tech was here for 4 hours just diagnosing it and then quoted almost 2000 for a repair that "might not solve the problem." They also charge a drive time fee that is not divulged over the phone. Very dissatisfied with the miscommunication and price gouging.

You would be better picking another company and please dont give these guys your credit card up front like I foolishly did. The tech told me around 800-900 total for the service. I thought it was a high but middle of summer and folks are busy so I get it. 1700 dollars later (and no phone call telling me the total) they just debited my card paid in full. What hurts the most is the problem was not fixed. It took them 10 hours to charge a few pounds on 2 AC units and wash the coils on all 3. These are 2.5 and 3 tons units on the ground 6 feet away from the parking lot. As easy as it gets as he can literally back his truck within 6 feet of the job.. Best part they didnt even fix the problem and you could imagine my furstration when I learned the AC was tripping off due condensation dripping into the drip pan from the air handler condensation which ultimaltly leaked out of the pan and caused the ceiling to fall in below. Maybe an isolated incident, however, I emailed the business development manager that was emailing me and calling me (the second I called to set the appointment) to setup a maitenance plan. He never bothered responding when I said there was a problem. I also called and left a voicemail and nobody bothered calling me back. Wife was pissed and called them herself and then they didnt even seem to really care. I did fianlly get a call and voicemail after she called but at this point I just wanted them to go away. There are better options and Id suggest you take it.

If I could have given them no stars I would have. This is by far the worst service I have ever had. I was charged over $400 dollars for a service that was not provided because he felt like I needed 2 new furnaces. Another company came out and said that my furnace's was fine. I will be reporting them to BBB as well. I should have looked at reviews before booking them.
