In doing a bathroom renovation after 30+ years we discovered what we thought was a mold issue. We called Sage Restoration and they sent Jalen out to verify our findings the same day, that is a tremendous response! Jalen identified our problem and scheduled one of his crews to come a few days later. When Andrew and Peair came they immediately went to work to remediate the problem. They were also very courteous.
They made quick work of the problem and left the area spotless. They arrived 15 minutes early, took less time than estimated, made sure there was a margin of nothing being affected around the mold affected area. The price for their services were very reasonable too. We are having more remodeling done soon and will probably need duct cleaning services and will call Sage when we are ready for that service.

I've known about Sage for a long time now and they do an excellent job for everyone that I've referred to them. They are all hard workers and Stephanie always make sure the job is done properly and in a timely manner. Love the work they do!

Sage Restoration is a great resource for any water/mold cleanup that would be needed but I have also referred them for fire damage cleanup as well. We hired Sage Restoration to clean up the house of a deceased friend who was a hoarder. The place was a total mess and there were biohazards as well as tons of trash. Even though it was a really challenging job Sage Restoration was willing to take it on. Jalen was so helpful. He kept us informed of the progress and always called if there was a question about what course to take, including us in all decisions. We are so grateful to have found Sage Restoration who did this very challenging job at a reasonable price.

We had very responsive service when scheduling, and Jalen, the Inspector, arrived on time, presented well, and was professional and thorough. He gave an explanation and what the next steps should be to remedy our issues. He followed up with an immediate text of the phone numbers he had promised, when he left. He also listened patiently to a rather lengthy explanation of our issue, and was kind throughout. We will be using Sage when the need arises.

Sage is one of those companies you never want to need, but are surely glad you know when faced with any type of water or fire damage.
I've worked with the team at Sage on several jobs over four years, myself working in property management. They have done a few water mitigation jobs as well as fire mitigation jobs in this time. Their team is accountable and provide quick turn around on intial meeting. Derek is very helpful in reviewing and providing a full scope of what to expect and straight forward communication with no surprises.

It was sheer luck that I called Sage Restoration when my basement flooded last week. Connor answered the phone on a Friday night and had his crew there the next morning. I live at least an hour away from there business location. I had tried local water restoration companies and they never showed up. Connor himself came to oversee everything. I was blown away by the attentiveness and professionalism. They showed up on time and even early each day. Connor checked in every evening to make sure the basement was drying out and even showed up on a Sunday. In a very stressful situation they assured me they would take care of the problem and they did. It is rare these days to have this kind of service and so appreciated!!

Highly recommend. The team was young looking and that gave me pause, but they were not only very efficient and effective, they were creative thinkers and they were just pleasant people (which is important in the middle of the night when they are sucking 250 gallons of water out of your carpet). When you are trying to find someone after hours and just hoping for best, it's nice to end up with an excellent company.

Thanks and kudos to Josh and Peair for an incredible job today! They are both very polite, personable, professional, and thorough. They arrived 20 minutes early and immediately went to work. They were good listeners and they satisfied and explained any concerns I had regarding the tear-out of water damaged sheetrock and wood. They cleaned up the job site very well and left it ready for the next trade to begin the restoration process. These two guys are a good team and work very well together. Wish we would have used Sage from the beginning! Connor and his staff were extremely respectful, honest, transparent, hospitable and helpful in cleaning up the mess we had when using a well know service.

Back story: We had a house fire. Our insurance company referred another company “yellow trucks” who damaged more than they saved, lost items, took items, and then brought whatever was left back, not clean after 5 months of “storing it”. Sage came in explained the process, quoted, organized and returned our items quickly. They took care of our items, and handled them with great care.

When dealing with a situation as traumatic as a fire or loss, its so important to slow down in the beginning to find the right people to work with. Which is hard to think about in those moments. If we could do it all over again. Cannot recommend Sage enough. Thank you.
