Sage Restoration was engaged to clear our house from the damage created from a truck slamming through the front of our house and garage. They inventoried our possessions and wrapped and packed the salvageable for storage and non-salvageables for disposal. After verifying that the house was safe, they had a team come in to remove the debris. Ed, Stacey and Irene arrived promptly and worked diligently. I appreciated their attention to detail and their good use of time. They were patient with my questions and were polite. Very professional. I would positively recommend this company.

Sage was extremely timely and professional with managing our water damage. Because of this, we opted to use Sage to help manage the work needed on our wood floors and drywall. I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to get a crew at our house to manage furniture removal and to restore our house to pre water damage state (and better). Easy to do business with; appreciated timely communication and the ability to text for updates, schedules, etc. Each person on the Sage Team was friendly and professional, caring for our house and the work that needed to be done, as if it was their own home. Highly dysfunctional, unprofessional & gaslights women. 21 years of industry experience and this is the worst experience we have ever had using a General Contractor. 520 sqft kitchen and this project is 3 months in with no sight of being finished anytime soon. No call, no show, no accountability!!!

I hired Sage through my insurance company, Allstate. Unfortunately, both companies were difficult to work with during this catastrophe. Sage was brought in to pack my salvageable belongings and itemize those that were destroyed. The entire experience was chaotic. Sometimes they would show up, and sometimes they wouldn't. There were occasions when I was informed of their arrival, and others when I had no idea they were coming. On several instances, they were scheduled to come but failed to show up or notify me.

The process took much longer than it should have due to their scheduling issues, leaking pods, and staffing problems. Then, out of the blue, while my house was still under construction, they arrived and informed me that they were taking the pod containing all my belongings. This happened in the middle of my workday, forcing me to unload the pod immediately. I still don’t have a basement to store my things, but it seemed they were eager to retrieve their pod. Overall, it was a chaotic and disorganized nightmare.

We were needing some renovation work in our basement and Sage handled it timely, professionally, and did very polished work. They were responsive and polite. I would strongly recommend them.

Siding repair

Sage provided repairs to the siding of my home. That were damaged after a wind storm. Very satisfied with the work that was completed.

Slight communication issues throughout the process. But Sage did address and correct the issues while exceeding my expectations.
