We hired Larsen and sons to move some water lines in our kitchen and to add a gas line for a new range. Chris was super responsive on the day he came out to give us a quote, and when we were ready for the install, his team came out and got all of the work done in a timely manner. We will definitely call Larsen and sons every time we have something plumbing related we need done.

The most unprofessional plumbing company I have ever come to terms with! The plumber didn’t finish the job, stated he would be back the next day and never heard from him there after. Weeks later I was able to set up another appointment through our landlord. The morning of the appointment, the plumber had not shown up and when I called in 15 minutes after set appointment time to specify an exact time of arrival, I was yelled at and hung up on by their coordinator Chris. I would not recommend this company for any plumbing job that isn’t simplistic, they do not handle stress well and will find a way to blame the customer.

Our first experience with Chris was after we were badly burned by a different plumber. Chris came in and fixed everything the first guy broke, it was done quickly and his price couldn’t be beat. We just had 2 pipes break, he was the first guy we called. We’re very happy him and his crew could fit us in. After a bad experience it brings me comfort having someone I can trust. He’s not only a guy who is going to do good work, he’s a down to earth no BS type of guy. Highly recommend.

My house is a little older so problems arise once or twice a year. I always call Laron and Sons. They reply fast and always fix my issues. They do not charge an arm and a leg and I believe they are an honest good company to use.

I contacted Chris at the start of a bathroom remodel to obtain a quote for moving a shower and tub drain and installing additional shower supply lines. He was the only company that could come in a few days notice as we reached different stages in the bath remodel. All the other companies were weeks out in scheduling. Larson and sons had to visit 3 times during the remodel and each time they were able to make it out within 48 hrs. David came out and was extremely knowledgeable, personable and had no issues answering all my questions. Unfortunately I do not recall the other guys name that was with him however he was just as professional and polite. I would not hesitate to use Larson and Sons Plumbing again.

BUYER BEWARE! If you want to roll the dice with this company, I highly advise making sure you know exactly what you are going to be charged, and that you have received competitive quotes. I needed an outdoor barn hydrant installed, so I called Pat, one of the owners. Since I had used Larsen before, I trusted them to treat me fairly so I mistakenly did not ask what it would cost. Unfortunately, Pat hit me with an $1800 bill, for work that lasted from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. One of those hours were them not working for being ill-prepared while a Tech went to get a part. After questioning the invoice with Pat, he said that is just a flat fee, and since we had worked with them before, he "gave us a break" because normally they would have charged $2400. I could tell he wasn't being honest. I paid the bill, but afterwards, called three other plumbers to get quotes from them. Two were at $800 and one at $900. One of the plumbers said the old hydrant could have likely just been adjusted. Larsen got me this time, but never will again, and hopefully will not rip you off either.

We use Larsen and sons regularly as our commercial plumber and they do a fantastic job! Very quick response time and very communicative on what was done and what needs to be done. Highly recommend!

We have used Larsen & Sons Plumbing twice in the last month for a variety of projects - toilet instillation, shower repair and kitchen sink piping repair. Extremely prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They kept their workspace clean which is appreciated as well. Will only use Larsen & Sons moving forward, 10/10!!

I had a high pressure hot water pipe leak that happened after hours on a Friday night. Called a few local plumbers who apparently do not work after hours or weekends regardless of emergency but found Larsen and Sons and called. The owner Chris answered and said he would have someone there in the morning. At 9 AM Hayden, the owners son, arrived and in no time had the repair completed. He was personable and professional. Double checked everything. He even took the pump back to their shop and fixed the messy temporary repair job I tried with putty and returned and reinstalled it. All this on a Saturday with no “extra” weekend charge tacked on. Very reasonable cost. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you guys !!!! Great job.

My regular plumber retired so a friend gave me a reference to Larsen & Sons. When I called around 6PM, Chris answered right away and was anxious to help. He scheduled us for the next day and Eli arrived right on time. Eli is a very friendly young man and quickly fixed everything perfectly. I strongly recommend Larsen and Sons if you need plumbing help.

Chis was fantastic. He came out the same day, evaluated what our needs were and made recommendations that saved us a ton of money. He was professional, prompt and courteous! We will definitely call again next time we have a problem. Thank you.

This was my first call to Larsen & Sons. They came highly recommended. I had a water leak issue from an old line. They discovered the issue, got everything resolved and rechecked that my meter was no longer spinning from all of the gallons of lost water. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. I highly recommend Larsen & Son's for all of your Plumbing needs. Thank you.

I want to say thank you to Chris for answering his phone at midnight on the 4th of July. He drove all the way to ottawa to come and snake my pipes. And came back again on Monday. And then sent one of the young men working for him. And did it again. And he showed up on Wednesday put a camra down there he was very quick and even came down after hours. Thank you so much.

Pros:
Friendly staff, available for estimate on the weekend (I happen to live in Spring Hill), and the problem was fixed the next day with no apparent issues since. Also, a darn good price that works for homeowners on a budget!

Cons:
appointment times aren't kept to. I chock that up to short staffed, thinking the current pool of techs are busy and behind. No big deal, really.

Almost $500 for 2 hours of work for 1 guy - after I had already dug 4 feet down to reveal the pipe and leak. After work completed, left me to fill in the hole.

If it weren't for the fact I had to literally do all of the manual labor, and all the tech did was fix the leak, it'd be 5 stars.

All in all, will use them again, but improvements can be made!

Chris is a reliable and responsible business owner. He helped us out of a jam right before the Super Bowl and then again this week with a tech at our door at 8am on a Monday after a call Sunday night. I appreciate that he stands by his work and his products. Would recommend to anyone!

We initially called one of the big name plumbers come out and bid the replacement of a shower valve that was leaking. Their bid seemed high, so we called Chris who bid the job for less than half of what the big name plumber quoted. He was friendly, a good communicator, punctual, and did a great job with the replacement shower valve and access panel installation. We'll call Chris on our next plumbing job, and will refer him to friends and family.

Every time I call Chris, he answers immediately and sends one of his people to my properties within a couple of hours. Always polite, prompt, professional, and kind. I recommend Larsen & Sons to all my friends and family!

They first came on a holiday weekend to save us from not having any water in the house and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg when they could have. Then we used them for snaking our toilet. He had to come back a second time to snake again and didn’t charge me extra because it was only 14 days later. Then we used them to install a utility sink in our basement. We have no issues with that whatsoever and have really enjoyed having that in our basement. I have already referred a neighbor to them and will only use them for now because when you have a good thing, you don’t change it. I have even posted a photo of our new sink on Facebook and that’s what caused my neighbor to ask if I would recommend them. I definitely recommend them.
