I have had the opportunity to use comfort designs on at least 2 occasions now. I can say with the utmost confidence these guys are great. The first encounter involved fixing my outdoor a/c condenser the repair went quickly and for a reasonable price. The second came this winter when my heater stopped working. It was on average about 20 degrees outside at the time. Comfort designs responded to my 6am call quickly calling me back even before they opened and confirming they would send a tech out. The tech arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options to repair. I had the work done, furnace fixed, and I was greatly appreciative of the prompt response. The price was fair and the work was quality. I would highly recommend comfort designs for anyone in the Spring Hill or Olathe area.

I called and was quoted a price to replace old hot water heater. Told them ok, that will work, how soon can you do it, they said they would have to call me back. I figured yea, I'd hear back from them sometime the next day, low & behold, it wasn't 5 minutes til she called me back and told me they could be there in 2 hours! Final price was even a few hundred less than the quoted price! They even had to do some additional work to get the main water shut off to the house, they went above & beyond! I had used them before to work on my furnace and now I will call them if I need anything else done in their scope of work. Thanks a lot guys, you made this so simple & painless for me.

Had an issue that needed immediate attention and our regular company was unavailable. Scott with Comfort Design came out and helped my husband, not once but twice. Since then we have switched to become a full time customer. This is a family run business and they're local to Spring Hill. Great pricing and the kindest customer service from Scott, his wife and anyone else we've spoke to. Keep it up, y'all!

We were referred to Comfort Designs by our son and daughter in-law who have used this company for many years. We called Scott Barclay this morning as we had an issue with the heat not coming on. Scott arrived within 90 minutes. He was professional and very friendly. Scott quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Our house is warm again.

I have used Comfort Design for over 10 years. A family owned business, who has went out of their way to help me out, a number of time. They always show up on time and keeps you updated with ETA.
I recently had a new furnace put in, went from partial propane, to total electric It went very well and I am happy with the results. I live in a 100 year old home, so nothing is ever easy to work on but they seem to have no trouble. The prices are reasonable, they never try to sell you something you don’t need,

Heater wouldn’t turn on called comfort designs at 8:00am Scott showed up at 9am. Super friendly, figured out the issue quickly ordered the part and came back and installed it at 2:30pm same day. Great job!! Would definitely use them again!

Comfort Designs has been my go to HVAC contractor for over 10 years! They provide the best customer service (Casey!), the best service (Scott, Bill, plus the rest of the team), and go the extra mile! On one visit, Scott noticed my hose spicket leaking and tightened it for me. This is unusual and speaks volumes of his work ethic and take care of the customer mentality!

Comfort Design has taken care of my parents and in-laws for years. The day I called we were getting ready to take my husband for a toe amputation surgery and the AC Unit outside wasn’t working they were very busy but were able to come over right away and got it up and running. We left while he was still here and I trust them with everything I have. Ryan simply locked up before leaving and called me to let me know what was going on. Amazing over the years and still going we consider them like family!!

Great crew and owner. We had them install two unitized units in the master bedroom and in the hall upstairs where we previously relied on one whole-house unit for 3300 ft plus finished basement.

We found we had a bad thermostat firmware after a few months but these guys came out multiple times with no extra charges and did everything they could to make it right for us - back in the attic, replacing boards, rechecking wiring, etc. They called regularly to ask how the system was performing and wanted to make sure we were happy, knowing that an AC unit is not cheap.

In short, even though it was a manufacturer issue, not a Comfort Designs issue, they absorbed all the labor costs and made it right, dealing with the manufacturer for us and updating everything at no cost to us.

These guys wore booties in the house to keep it clean, were professional, respectful, and we could trust them coming and going. I hope they continue to do well and grow their family business.
