Even though I knew my old AC system was beyond repair and had asked Michael for a quote on a new one, he still took the time to thoroughly inspect it, just to make sure it couldn’t be fixed. That level of honesty and integrity is rare, and it says everything about how this company operates.

The new system he installed is significantly better than the Lennox unit I had put in just two years ago. The difference in performance and efficiency is night and day—I wish I had called them sooner.

With so many 5-star reviews, you'd almost assume people were being incentivized to leave them. Not the case here. We’re all just genuinely happy customers who want to see good, honest work rewarded.

Michael and Luke arrived promptly this morning exactly when they promised to be here. They worked very hard installing a new furnace and air conditioner and completed a little ahead of the approximate timeframe they indicated it would take for the project. They were very patient with me as they helped me set up my thermostat. It’s a good feeling to have confidence in the people you invite into your home for a big install like this. I would highly recommend them for the quality of their work as well as the quality of the product they provide.

They took the time to fix what other large firms said could not be fixed. The other firms could have fixed the problem, but instead, they pushed a new and expensive system. Because of JOCO H&C's integrity and knowledge, we will purchase a new system from them on our own time schedule - not pushed into one. Plus, their pricing of a new system is significantly lower than the others. Integrity and reasonable pricing is what we expect from service providers, and that is what JOCO H&C provides.

I highly recommend Michael and JoCo HVAC! They were the only company out of 3 calls who took the time to thoroughly explain what I needed to replace my gas line and fireplace. They were respectful of my property, courteous, patient with my questions, cleaned up completely AND were by far the least expensive. Michael thoroughly explained every single thing he charged me for and why. Other companies just wanted to give me a blanket fee and not explain why it was needed. I will be using JoCo HVAC for all of my HVAC and fireplace needs from now on.

We had purchased a new HVAC through JOCO a handful of months back and about half way in the motor for the condensate pump blew. We were not exactly sure what the issue was at time and called Michael to assist. He was very prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained what was wrong and efficiently installed a new pump for us. 10/10 service, professionalism, quality. If you need a person for your HVAC needs, very HIGHLY recommend Michael and his team to take care of them for you!

Today I had JoCo Heating and Cooling come out to look at my A/C that wasn’t feeling as cool as it used to. Michael is who came out, and he was phenomenal! He went above and beyond checking for leaks, walking me through everything he was doing, and talked me through all of my options. He spent 2 hours, and I did not feel rushed or pressured one bit. They offer a program to come out twice a year for A/C and Furnace tuneups as well, and after our latest issue I am signing up come spring. Very thorough and highly recommend!

Michael was great and very knowledgeable. We haven’t had the best experience in the past with a larger company and wanted a more experienced team.
Couldn’t have asked for better service, our AC went out in the evening and Michael was able to come the next day to fix it and solve issues that the previous company was unable to.

I really appreciate the gentleman that came out and evaluated my unique project. They very patiently heard me out explaining what o needed although it was non typical. The same guy came out with a helper to do the work. It looks fantastic. The did a little bonus piece which will be very helpful for my family as we are continuing the entire project incrementally
