Even though I knew my old AC system was beyond repair and had asked Michael for a quote on a new one, he still took the time to thoroughly inspect it, just to make sure it couldn’t be fixed. That level of honesty and integrity is rare, and it says everything about how this company operates. The new system he installed is significantly better than the Lennox unit I had put in just two years ago. The difference in performance and efficiency is night and day—I wish I had called them sooner. With so many 5-star reviews, you'd almost assume people were being incentivized to leave them. Not the case here. We’re all just genuinely happy customers who want to see good, honest work rewarded.

Michael and Luke arrived promptly this morning exactly when they promised to be here. They worked very hard installing a new furnace and air conditioner and completed a little ahead of the approximate timeframe they indicated it would take for the project. They were very patient with me as they helped me set up my thermostat. It’s a good feeling to have confidence in the people you invite into your home for a big install like this. I would highly recommend them for the quality of their work as well as the quality of the product they provide.

They took the time to fix what other large firms said could not be fixed. The other firms could have fixed the problem, but instead, they pushed a new and expensive system. Because of JOCO H&C's integrity and knowledge, we will purchase a new system from them on our own time schedule - not pushed into one. Plus, their pricing of a new system is significantly lower than the others. Integrity and reasonable pricing is what we expect from service providers, and that is what JOCO H&C provides.
