Update! Within 12 hours of this review they showed up to add vents and said "their supplier never made it around when they did the roof..." no, you just got busted. When they showed up to do so they took out 2 of my lights that line the driveway. He also stood at my door while I was trying to get ready for work financially bribing me ($200) to take the review down. I just wonder how often this happen .
May as well grab a seat for this one- because business with these people has been an absolute nightmare.
I recently purchased a home and in the contract we agreed upon A) the roof be replaced B) more roof vents be added (only one turbine was on the roof) C) due to no attic access in the home, the roofers check for molded insulation and replace if necessary.
The selling realtor and his client (his brother) hired Supreme Construction LLC to perform the above tasks. They came out on a Monday morning, got started and were gone by the time I got home from work that evening. When I arrived home, I was appalled at what I found. I had chunks of my guttering laying across the yard, empty pop cans laying around the yard, plants trashed along the house, chunks of the metal trim piece off the edge of the roof hanging in my tree, half a case of water in the yard just lying there strung all over, my gate had been left open and either shoved open by a person or by the wind and dug into the ground (luckily it didn’t rip it off its post), and just an absolute unacceptable mess in my yard. I called the number for the website to get nothing in response. He calls me the next day and says I’m so sorry we will get someone out tomorrow to fix that. It has now been 4 days, and no one has made it out to clean up my yard. It’s okay I’m sure they’re used to their mothers picking up after them.
During a separate repair, sheetrock on the ceiling was removed from inside the home and replaced where we found the insulation to indeed, have mold in places (something the roofers supposedly checked per a text message the roofer sent to my realtor). I text the roofer and he said they did not check for mold, contradicting what he had told my realtor and what he had told me (a real shocker at this point). I also informed him they did not add roof vents like they were supposed to and he sent an unprofessional response of “there was one turbine vent and we added two turtle vents so you better get your facts straight and we can’t see the attic insulation when we are replacing the roof” (May I remind you, he told the realtor they checked for mold and found none!!) I proceeded to send him photos of only one total vent on the house, a turtle vent- they even removed my turbine vent! And asked him to please explain to me where the other vents he “installed” were hiding. Once he realized he had been busted, my realtor texted my realtor and informed her they will be back to install roof vents in a week. They had been busted fair and square and now it was time to back pedal, but before I “didn’t have my facts straight” (solid case of trying to take advantage of a young girl who they assume doesn’t know what she is talking out) We will see if they show up but I get the privilege of holding onto their check until the work is done properly and in completion. And see how big of mess they make this time. Pretty ridiculous grown men cannot clean up after themselves or shut a gate that was closed, latched, and dummy locked with a master lock when they arrived.

I do not recommend doing business with this company- they are crooked and lie until they get caught in it. Doing it right the first time would have saved them a trip to add roof vents later. If you are a female doing business with them, DEFINITELY STEER CLEAR. They will belittle you, talk to you like you know nothing and lie repeatedly trying to get you to think you don’t know what you’re talking about.

I have used Supreme Construction after 2019 June hail damage to my house and would not use this company again. My roof still makes rattling noise time to time during the windy days and with Kansas wind there are so many days I can't sleep. Even after trying for days they couldn't figure out what is making the noise and now I have to hire another contractor to get it done.
When I was working with my work I recommended them to one of my neighbors and he told me yesterday that his roof, which was replaced about two months after mine is leaking in 4 different places.

Do not use this company. There is full documentation of all of these statements.

They did not follow standard codes. Installed shingles on too low of a slope (back of home/sunroom), voiding manufacturers warranty. Despite being shown, and measuring themselves, they denied the roof was a 1.3:12 slope. After a year of begging them to come out and inspect all of the issues, they finally came out and proceeded to deny the evidence and insult and threaten the homeowner.

During shingle delivery the company they used hit the home and caused approximately $30,000 in damages. Their subcontractor, Eric Lopez, was the lead on site. He denied there was an accident and then used shady tactics to hide the damage. It took two weeks of reaching out to them to finally get an admission that an accident took place. Even then, they denied any wrongdoing and refused to recognize that they improperly installed these shingles as well (front of house/porch). [The shingle delivery company paid for the repairs to the structural damage and reroofing that portion. The remainder of the porch roof does not follow standard codes, with improper underlayment and edging.]

They took nearly 8 months to "complete" the project. During the initial meeting, they estimated a month for the entire project to be completed. They never finished multiple issues brought up to them many times. The only reason they agreed to come out and inspect is because the roof over the sunroom began leaking. They refused to address other issues with the roof and were only concerned with the sunroom as it was leaking. This was over a year after the initial storm damage.

They lost the contract, measurements and notes from the initial meetings. They admitted this, then denied it, then dodged all questions regarding it. This resulted in multiple issues, delays, and additional costs. They lied about having ordered the materials to cover this up, then tried to charge an additional fee because material costs went up. We have the dates they told us they had ordered materials, as well as documentation from the supplier as to when materials were actually ordered. The homeowner had very specific requests, such as barn guttering, that were missed, and resulted in a barn roof that would not permit installation of gutters.

The homeowner initially requested 2'x4' skylights in the sunroom. When it came time to install them, the skylights they purchased were about half that size. The homeowner declined them as the construction team and Foreman advised that the homeowner not install them. When Supreme was contacted, they said that size was all the budget allowed, despite them not being as large as requested. They then attempted to pass all costs of the sunlights on to the homeowner because Supreme left them at the home for so long that Supreme could no longer get a full refund.

The foreman left mid-day and was to return to pick up leftover materials and trash. After several months of requesting removal, the homeowner had to load it and take it to dispose of it. It was left piled on a tarp and the homeowner had to load and take to the dump. They never returned to collect leftover materials and the homeowner stored them for a year before Supreme agreed to forfeit the materials to the homeowner.

The roofing crew continued to roof the home until after dark. This resulted in obvious mistakes when viewing the home in full daylight. Shingles installed sideways, felt hanging from under the shingles, etc.

Hundreds of texts, phone calls, missed appointments, lies, and other unprofessional behavior impacted the homeowners life for over a year. It forced them to change plans, cancel trips, and waste their time, as well as the frustration it caused. The homeowner would not pay Supreme the second check until they addressed all of the issues and concerns. Supreme refused, so never received the second check. Those funds had to be held to replace the sunroom roof by a different company and fix other issues.  All of these statements are backed up with conversations, photos, emails, texts & docs.
