I understand needing to market to get business but littering someone’s neighborhood and property with your business cards isn’t the way to do it. At least buy door hangers that won’t blow away in the wind. Littering is one of the most disrespectful things you can do to this earth. And to place these cards on everyone’s porches after a rain storm is just screams sleazy. Poor first impression for someone that’s wanting to get business.

Tyler had approached us about our roof and I wasnt really sure we would have a claim for insurance, but after he thoroughly inspected our roof, it was clear we needed a new one. As a first-time homebuyer, getting a new roof can be kind of intimidating, but Tyler made the process really straightforward, and digestible. When it came to build day, the crew was efficient and on their game. I am blown away with how on top of it, they were during this whole process. Our new roof looks stunning! DHI was great it was the best experience I’ve had with a roofing company, I feel very fortunate to have had Stephen Moore working with me. He walked me through everything made me feel comfortable and assured everything was gonna be taken care of. He kept me posted. of everything that was going on, and I had plenty of notification when the roofers were coming or the gutter people were coming Stephen Moore was just fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone.

My experience began with a walk-by introduction to Sherri Bradshaw as I was working in my front yard. From there, the free inspection process through insurance adjuster through roof installation was smooth and professional. People and materials showed up when they were scheduled, and both DHI Roofing and my insurance company were on the same page and speaking the same language. I had underlying wood shingles which had to be removed before new sheeting could be installed, and that made an awful mess - and the crews cleaned it up without damaging my landscaping or my yard. The work itself looks tremendous, and my 100-year-old house has a high/high-pitched main roof with three smaller and lower roofs. The edges are straight and smooth, and the flashing looks well-sealed. It rained after installation, and there were no leaks at all in the attic. Most notably, Sherri was onsite regularly checking up on the work, and she stayed after the roofing party left - even going out and buying a new shop-vac and sweating up in my attic making sure that it was cleaned to my satisfaction. She also spent a long time in the yard with the magnetic sweeper - doing her best to catch errant nails and keep them out of my grandkid's feet. This attention to detail was important to me, and DHI Roofing and Sherri Bradshaw really came through for me. I haven't yet had the gutters and downspouts installed, but I'm looking forward to that and to the increase in property value from all of this new installation - professionally installed! Note that the reasonable total price included a LOT of additional work required - like removal of old wood shingles and installation of new wood sheeting to bring the old house up to code, and removal and reinstallation of a LOT of 6" gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. DHI Roofing worked with my insurance adjustment to make sure that work completed was consistent with the damage and resultant adjustment (and made it easy for me). I don't often leave contractor signs in my front yard, but I was happy to do so in this case and recommend DHI Roofing to my neighbors!
