Great experience with ProHome LLC. The staffs are very concern about your needs and ensure that everything that needs to be completed in your home is done professionally and to your satisfaction.

The warranty provided by ProHome is a scam .. they will ask you to provide evidence of your claims, then they will require their person to come out and inspect the claims... That person will cancel over and over and over again, then pro home will call you and ask you to take additional pictures. All of this back and forth will get exhausting for you.. then the warranty will expire and they will not fill your claims... If your builder offers a warranty through pro home, decline it and say you want money back or something because it's a waste of money...

I asked them to check out our pipes we’ve lived here for 1 month and it’s built brand new. There is some kind of water sentiment that is coming out of our sink and it’s staining in. I don’t know if it has to do with the pipes or what not but they never scheduled an appointment with me. Then they asked me for a review and so I’m giving them a review lol quite literally they told me to write a review on here.

Our builder provided ProHome warranty on our new constructed house and it basically means NO WARRANTY AT ALL. It doesn't repair anything that considered as "non-emergency". The builder didn't do a good caulking job and left some huge gaps on the outside between the wall and the windows. The moisture goes in and causes mold. And ProHome said this is not an emergency that I had to wait for 4 more months to seal it. THANK YOU!

Our condo developer hired ProHome to provide walk though services to document the punch list and follow up. The professional they sent, Barry was very personable with lots of expertise to lead us through the process.

My husband and I home was built less than a year ago. Weeks before closing our landscaping/leveling was not done properly. We contacted them several times prior to closing. They claim to have re-done the leveling a few days before closing AND on closing day...which they only mowed, not leveled. So when it rained days later. There was flooding in the back and front of the home. Which can do major damage to the structure. We contacted the builders and warranty (again), they refused to correct. They 'supposedly did the landscaping 3xs...I feel they chose not to do it correctly. My husband and I hired a 3rd party to do our landscaping, and it looks great!. Our lot was the only lot that was an eye sore. From all the photos I attached, the manicured lots are the neighbors.

The 2nd issue was our heating component in the attic. Apparently, the settings were not correct. Which our county inspector came and inspected. Found the unit was faulty and constantly blowing causing exasperating heat bills of $600-700 (for 6months). We contacted the builders and prohome (warranty) again. After 3 months of follow-up, they refused to cover any portion of the bill. We weren't asking for them to pay it in full. Just the portioned that was over our avg bill. After the error was corrected. Our bill is averaging $250 now. I don't think anyone should be treated this way. I have added photos of our landscaping days before and after we closed. If anyone could be of some help how to proceed, send me a message. Should we sue?

I would not recommend using these builders ( QHOC) or Rose and Romble and ProHome home insurance.

We had a really positive experience with Pro Home in Wichita. Erika, Shay, and Kristen were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and stayed in communication with us on all the open claims we had. We were blessed to have an amazing builder with only minor things needing to be fixed. Thank you again ladies!!

Our customer home builder employs ProHome to handle first year warranty issues / claims. Our builder (Epic; based in Tulsa area, OK) was outstanding so we did not have many issues, but did contact ProHome several times during the first year and of course for the final walk at 1 year. We found their service model to be a bit clunky and not always efficient in terms of coordination with local contractors and ourselves - sometime requiring multiple visits from the contractors. We did get what was needed done and in the one instance of "emergency" (HVAC) ProHome did great - and were fast. Their office staff were very nice and reasonably competent. The in-home walk-through reps they sent to us were outstanding. This was our only experience with this kind of set-up so we don't have anything or one to compare. Overall, I'd say we are satisfied.

TLDR: Caveat Emptor, I wouldn't trust this organization to make good on claims or completing them on time.

We built our home in July 2024 and were given ProHome as our warranty rep. Told to write things down from the point in which we moved in until just before the 1 year mark. In April 2025 we commissioned an home inspector to look at our home. Shortly after, we provided that report to ProHome and were told to enter the discrepancies into their system. Initially we were only afforded 15 line items, however, we were given more upon our request. We entered around 47 items total. Most of them were fairly normal and easy to resolve. Some, not so much, a majority of our claims were initially denied due to things like "within tolerance" or they weren't initially reported upon our move in. Those items we've appealed and were subsequently turned down.

On one of the images the 3 larger claims we made were for the mantle being cracked. I've illustrated a red line near the crack on it. This was greenwood when it was installed. Over the course of the year, it's split and now lies crooked to the fireplace. This was denied saying it wasn't previously mentioned. Above the mantle one of our limestone bricks has mortar that's cracking, also highlighted in red and annotated on the home inspectors report. Denied due to it being within tolerance. Finally the rear door of the home has a cracked frame down the middle, denied, appealed, denied again because its a "caulking issue" that is our responsibility. These are just a few but you should get the picture here.

The other picture i included is the timeline of our communications with ProHome. We started this journey in April 2024. As of July 2025 everything was placed on hold because they at first needed additional information from a subcontractor (one that i've been in contact with and has denied hearing anything from them), then it was the warranty review people placed it on hold, no real explanation. The timeline shows and proves, i've been sending messages on almost a weekly basis with our contact, each time told there's no information and that they'd contact us.

Now it's September and we received an email this morning stating, "We want to inform you of an update regarding ProHome’s service structure with Weston Dean. Moving forward, any home that is more than 14 months old will now be redirected to Weston Dean for further assistance. As a result, ProHome will no longer be coordinating or accepting additional claims for these homes, including any open claim items. "

So we legitimately claimed items, and the items that weren't denied that still needed to get fixed, were delayed until we passed our 1 year mark then we got dropped and sent back to the builder.

Just like most people are experiencing, these people are horrible! Complete loss of AC and they literally said that if the system is on and blowing then it works. Nevermind the small detail that it should be blowing cold and not warm. Then to make matters worse the agent says that it seems fine because the temperature reading is 74. Well, if she had any working gray matter she would recognize that it is 74 outside and the system has been running for 15 hours straight with no change. The indoor temp is 74 precisely because the system doesn't work.

Unfortunately, I have them as part of the purchase of the new home and can't do anything about it but if I had my choice I would run the other way. They lack honesty, intelligence or both and their customers pay the price.

Our experience with our custom home builder was amazing! Then, the follow up from ProHome was further unbelievable!! The attention to detail and their customer focus to all matters stands above all other companies. A special thanks to Ms. Erika Gonzalez of ProHome, gives of herself --by going above and beyond. Ms. Gonzalez' communication skills are unmatched. ProHome is a company you can put your trust in--totally phenomenal!!

Don’t buy any home serviced by these jokers. They are quick to tell you what they do and do not do and then they just vanish on you. They just haven’t met a client willing to go the extra mile and sue them. They came for their all through over 3 months ago and since have vanished.

This company did work at a property I was at and the company they farmed the work out to, was awful! The very small bit of work they did do on the roofs didn't last more than a few months!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER!

This is a construction company that has been in Wichita for a while. The workers are tidy and punctual. The office is clean and cat friendly. The management seems knowledgeable and honest.

Precision built me a beautiful new deck, replaced my roof, replaced damaged siding, replaced windows, painted my exterior, & scraped/painted my main floor ceilings. They did an EXCELLENT job! Highly recommended!

very racist people, I talked to Gary, trying to get an understanding about a bill that was extremely high. He did not give us a quote after asking him twice to do so, he said it was 50 an hour and shouldn’t take more than 3 hours to do, little did we know that it’s 3 hours times 4 people !
Never mind how rude he answered the phone and can sense the attitude right away. He proceeded to say that he has problems with “you foreign people”. So if any of you want to do business with this company make sure you are born and raised here.

First of all, for a company that according to their website, has been open for 25 years, it's interesting that they only have 3 reviews and the two good reviews are from employees, you would think they would have a large, satisfied customer base to leave them good reviews. Also a 2 second google search will show that the pictures they use on their website and google page to show their "expert craftsmanship" can be found on about 40 other websites. Their work is horrendous and when you call them to come and fix their mistakes they bill you for the additional time or refuse to fix it all, accountability is not in their vocabulary. Not only do they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced but they're basically a shell company that contracts all the work out to cheap shotty companies. If you have the unfortunate experience of having one of their two employees perform the work expect it to take several weeks past the bid time to "complete" and the work to be beyond subpar. I honestly don't know how this company is even still in business, but beware and definitely look elsewhere for a contractor.

This contractor was hired to repair a section of my roof. A few months later, the “repairs” they did had broken off the roof. Very poor workmanship. No other portion of the roof is damaged, so it’s not like it was “normal wear and tear”, nope, these guys just do shoddy work.
I sent the pic (as well as the “before” pic so they can see it’s the area they worked on), and they asked what I wanted from them and said they don’t offer a warranty on repairs. They DOD offer to repair it, at full cost. Yeah right because I want poor workmanship again, so I can call AGAIN in a few more months.
They also inspected the water softener, leaving it with no settings, said they’d come back with a new filter, and never returned.
