Very helpful staff. Quick in helping you locate what you are looking for with an explanation of how to install or how it works if necessary.

I wish that they would label on there website. What is available and what is not at location. I waisted a 45 minute drive to find out. That you sell the products. But don't have parts in store. Only on line and not in all sold sizes.😤

we purchased some flooring for the kitchen- it scuffs very easily and is impossible to remove. They did not stand by their groutable laminate flooring. Home Depot nor the manufacturer has responded. Also purchased some carpet- we bought the best pad available and middle if the line carpet- worst carpet install ever- very rude men, yelling at me, and my husband for mismeasured carpet (done by them). Yelled at my 5yr old son for asking questions. Seams everywhere.
Lowes is way better! Regretting ever stepping into this building.
One good thing: Kitchen Counter install gentlemen did a good job.

Multiple things not covered under warranty. Don’t let these people manage your warranty process. Should just call them AverageJoe home.

During the home inspection, we found a window damage. A home inspector from this company incorrectly noted the damage on the sheet. Prohome refused to accept its repair as the note didn't exactly match the actual damage. I later met with the inspector accidentally, and he clearly remembered the actual damage. He said he would talk to Prohome and contact me, but he never did so. The president of Prohome even refused to tell me the name of the inspector. The president also told me that the inspector didn’t remember anything about the damage. In the end, one of the issues we found during the home inspection was never considered and taken care even though it was noted on the sheet. So why did the inspector note down about it? Prohome kept refusing to repair the issue their representative found during the home inspection. I have to pay for repairing it. I know they have their procedure, but it was a very sad experience.

You buy a home, you would think that when issue comes up that it would be addressed in a timely and professional manner. No, instead you get lectured about inputting issues in their portal and following their protocol. Also it's only an emergency if they say it is. Tri Pointe does shoddy work and Pro Home provides lousy service.
I would give them zero stars if it was an option.

What kind of emergency takes a month and counting to get help with? I’ve had issues with bad wiring to my breaker panel that’s been going on since we moved in a month ago. Reported on it right away and I’ve been given the runaround “someone will get in touch with you shortly to set up a repair appointment”. This company is very unprofessional and their customer service is extremely lacking.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with for many reasons. Number one being their inability to be responsible in maintaining contact with their customers and following up on issues that were discussed. I hope all builders will beware and choose another warranty company.

I messaged my newest account manager, Kaali (I closed on my home 8 months ago and have already been through 3) informing her that I was going to submit some more claims for my house. Instead of a response from Kaali, I accidentally received this email from Cindy, who I’m assuming is some type of manager over her, but I don’t know.

Regardless, Cindy was basically telling Kaali how to keep me from submitting claims. A few minutes later, I received an insincere apology from Cindy that was just a condescending pathetic excuse to try and make herself look less bad.

Steve was great and he explained we everything well. He found flaws that I wouldn't have seen. Overall, great news home owner experience.

Ron was very professional and thorough. Very personable when answering our questions. We did our pre-closure walk through and so far have had no issues.

Filed multiple warranty claims on a retaining wall that is cracking and continuously getting worse. The claim was denied, and someone went and covered the cracks with cement without telling me. Now, there’s wet cement that I can see, and the cracks are spreading more. Very dishonest. Also, we were informed we needed a walk through at a later date because of COVID. Now, since the later date for the walk through is passed our one year walk through date, we cannot fix anything.

I guess this is why the company has a 2 star review.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Cindy is absolutely useless. They changed the locks on my new home and didn’t give me the key. On day three now with no key to my home and unable to secure my home when I leave and it is not even a priority to them.

Got the ProHome coverage in builder warranty. Most terrible customer service I encountered in this country! Repair person showed up on the wrong date at first and ProHome left a voicemail blaming me for not making the home accessible. Then I had to call multiple times to get it rescheduled and the repair guy showed up without the appropriate tool and left without fixing anything. Rescheduled once again and this time no one showed up in the agreed upon time frame. Every time I called, they sent me to talk to a different person and I had to explain the situation all over again. The company seems to have a broken process and employees who just don't care. Totally ridiculous and frustrating experience. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Horrible to deal with, nothing is warranty according to them. Dinged up cabinets my responsibility to fix, drywall seams and nail holes showing, my issues, bent garage door, you guessed it my issue to deal with. When you do your pre closing walk through make sure you spend every secong you have nit picking the home. If it wasn't caught in the pre they will try and say it should have been caught then. The issues with my home doesn't say much about the builder but Pro Home is of no help holding them accountable or to any standards. If you like the feeling of wanting to run your head through a wall in frustration I suggest calling them when you have issues. Every time I call them I am direct to someone new who is apparently in charge of my builder and I just keep getting the run around. If I could give them zero stars I would but unfortunately that's not how google reviews work.

Built a new home. Paid for this warranty. However, made to feel as if when something goes wrong in my home, it’s my fault and I’m penalized for it. Builders stop using this company. They are awful to homebuyers.

    Why this company is terrible?

    1. Complicated process to file a claim.
I called the office multiple times to file the claim. The woman answering the phone told me I would have to talk to the account manager, Sheila, who happened to always be at lunch. Even when calling outside of typical lunch hours. After finally catching Sheila for the first time not eating, I was told to email her pictures and the issues with my home. I have no idea why the woman answering the phone was unable to provide that same information.

    2. The staff seems to hate their job.
They are short over the phone. When you call, you immediately feel like you are the very last person they want to talk to - their behavior and their tone is evidence they are not solutions or customer centered.

    3. Defensive Walk Thrus
Buyers beware! If your builder uses ProHome be prepared to argue or be assertive with the person who is doing your walk thru. After finding areas of our brand new home unpainted, roof shingles missing, and a deck board that completely lifted on one side when you stepped on the other included, a) “You know this house was made by humans (insert his eyeroll)”. b) “The painters left you some extra paint, you can fill in the paint in the areas they missed” c) This is a lot. You all really have it good. You should see how many pages I have when I do a McBride walk thru”. He purposely moved slow, so we would run out of time adding things that needed to fixed, which caused us to run late to our home closing.

    4. Covert penalties for submitting a claim.
When you submit a claim for something that has gone wrong with your name, you are not to blame. You purchased (even if it was included in your build) this warranty with the expectation that you could have things fixed that were not broken by your own doing. However, ProHome offers only windows of time, such as 8am - 12pm to arrive and repair your items. Lots of companies do time frames - that’s not the issue. The problem with this company is that they refuse to call 15 minutes before arrival or when they’re on their way. Per Sheila Anaya from ProHome, “if you are unable to answer your front door within TWO minutes, they will leave”. I believe what ProHome is saying is:
DO NOT HAVE A MOBILITY DISABILITY
DO NOT HAVE A HEARING DISABILITY
    DO NOT USE THE RESTROOM
    DO NOT HAVE AN EMERGENCY

They are as ridiculous as you can imagine.

This company has the worst customer service. Their scheduling system is worthless, they schedule individual subs to come out and they never show up and then expect you to follow up with each sub to reschedule yourself as if it was your mistake. You're better off just getting the items under warranty fixed yourself then dealing with this headache of a company.

Another custom built home, another horrible experience with ProHomes. Elissa from their staff has been absolutely exhausting and frustrating to work with. She makes you chase her down for follow up repairs, scheduling, answers to basic questions, and makes you feel like you're inconveniencing her when you do it! She's rude, curt, and not professional by any of my standards. I DO NOT recommend this warranty company and wish builders would have other options available.

This is worst home warranty company. Delays, not responsive stuff - makes this "service" completely useless if you are looking for warranty service company. I have no idea how they able to get deals with builders, but looks like when builders do not want to take responsibility - they just hiring ProHome to use it as "bad reputation absorber".

Lol the most useless home warranty I’ve ever had. The turn around time to actually get stuff done is insane. Your house could be flooding and they’ll hit with okay, I’ll need some pics, then send to committee for review, and oh by the way they meet once a week and that’s happening next week and then it’ll be a few days before they can actually get something scheduled to come see your flooding house. But in the mean time sit tight, we truly care about your home. Talk to you in 2-3 weeks.
