I have done business with PICO for several years now. They are professionals that do an outstanding job. My experience is nothing but positive!

We are very pleased with the basement finish out that Pico LLC completed at our home. They were great to work with and were persistent with moving construction forward and correcting errors quickly. It was clear that this family-owned business cares about their customers.

They did a great job repairing the bay window on my back deck. There was a lot of rot that needed to be removed and replaced. They had to go and do some extra work beyond what most contractors would do. They did the job right and should not ever be a problem again. Their crew were good workers. Would highly recommend them for any remodeling or repair jobs.

We are very disappointed in our overall experience with Pico. We had a deck built by them, and it is very apparent they used a really cheap quality cedar from whatever supplier they buy from. Most all of the decking is splitting very fast, posts are twisting, as well as the stair treads are all splitting. The list goes on and on.. This deck was installed three months ago and is looking like it was done several years ago. We will need to re-deck in the near future. There was such a lack of communication, being late, and even sometimes not even showing up when they said they would be here. Would definitely not recommend them or use them again.

PICO did a great job installing a new window in our garage as well as a built in dog door! They were professional and easy to work with. Would recommend for any of your home project needs!

Professional and efficient! They identified and fixed our issue in a timely manner. They did not need to come in our house or need us home in order to do the work, but still let me know they were there and working to fix the problem and I felt safe seeing the company logo displayed on their apparel. When they were finished, they cleaned up any mess that was made and even called to check in after the job was done to verify customer satisfaction. Strongly recommend!

Only one of 3 contractors who came to the house to explain the bid and the whys and wherefores of the work they were going to perform. Pricing was ver competitive. Communicated timely over materials and sub-contractor delays. Could improve a bit on daily work site cleanup. Overall, happy with PICO and the job they did.

Pico was great to work with throughout our projects (siding trim and fascia replacement as well as gutter repair). Pico is a cut above the rest, working with their team was a breath of fresh air. They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Pico didn't overbid or inflate the scope to push the ticket price up, they are trustworthy contractors.

During those projects, the only change orders to be introduced were caused by the project manager wanting additional line items. Their bids have been economic and accurate. This team is definitely one you want bidding on your project!

Quality and Expertise: Subcontractors clearly chosen for their skillset and integrity. The workmanship and pride was evident while watching the subs and in their end result. We left our home unattended several times while the subs were working, we felt comfortable doing so and had not issues in doing so.

Budget and Plans: Wes (the owner) met with us to plan details based on our needs and preferences, being certain to understand our decor/tastes likes and dislikes. He was diligent in working the plans to ensure our project stayed within our budget. Wes was extra considerate and patient in helping us figure out how to create an aesthetically beautiful exterior and interior addition that meshed well with our existing home design.

Schedule and Communication: Wes and Colby (project manager) were readily accessible by phone and text. We finished in the expected timeframe. Colby communicated directly with all the subs. He informed us on what would be happening at each stage, who would be coming for each job, approximate time of their arrival and how long the job typically takes. If there were changes to the schedule, Colby let us know.

Problem Resolution: We can honestly say we had NO problems - the job was planned very well. We did have some decision changes and new ideas for the project at different stages. Colby patiently listened to our visions, went back to the drawing board and presented a solution that we easily agreed to on more than one occasion.

Clean & Safe: It is not ideal to have construction happening while you are living in the home, but this crew made it as easy as possible for us. Plastic divided the rooms and the subs cleaned up after their workday.

We are very happy with our master bath remodel! Workmanship was great, communication was great and everyone we dealt with was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Liked them so much that they are about to do our other bathrooms! Thanks PICO team!

PICO is operated by an incredible Christian family that carries their serving heart into their business. It's unfortunate that someone also in the remodel business...one that, from the official reports listed in the newspaper, has even had numerous issues with paying taxes...and also claims to be a Christian and at one time attended the same church as those who own PICO. The two have not associated with each other for about 10 years, so the reasoning behind the fairly recent lashing out with a nasty review toward PICO by the other business seems like both unethical business conduct ...and childish. BH...shame on you!
The professionalism between these two are night and day. You can trust PICO with any of your new construction, remodel, or landscaping projects from concept to ready-to-enjoy. I personally have been given several leads from the owner for specific areas of need...plumbing, A/C, and landscaping...and could not imagine any better quality of service. I strongly recommend letting PICO handle your projects with their caring hearts.

We had them out to remove a wall in the kitchen and install a beam. We also had them remove an octagon window and open the hole for a bigger window. We were going to install the window but they just did it for us. Great job, awesome people. I highly recommend them, couldn't be happier.

We had an office and bathroom added to our house. The rooms turned out nice (we did some work ourselves). The shower, counter tops and cabinets all turned out beautiful.
I cannot give a full 5 stars because communication was an issue. The day work started I wasn't notified until they showed up to start working. I had trouble getting anyone to return my call regarding picking out fixtures, lights and mirrors for the bathroom.
Overall I am happy with the way our rooms turned out, but communication could have been a lot better.

I have worked directly with PICO and can state unequivocally that their professionalism and integrity are second to none. PICO sweats the small stuff, keeps you informed, works in tandem with your goals, and makes you feel as though they're an extension of your business. I would highly recommend them for any service they offer.

March 2024:
Called on PICO again for a challenging home project that required considerable planning, engineering drawings, and intentional construction stages in a specific order. Though hindered by weather, the project went well, and the quality of the final product is second to none. PICO cares, and that's not so common these day.

Wes and his crew provided fantastic service throughout the entire project. We had extensive work done including tree, fence, and concrete removal. Additionally, concrete was re-poured, fence and covered patio installed with a wrap-around fire-pit. A+ grade all around from project start to finish and would highly recommend! Looking forward to hiring PICO again for future projects.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work done by PICO. They replaced much of the siding, and underlying wood, painted the house and deck. Mike, Chris and Colby were an absolute pleasure to work with. They addressed every area of concern I had, and some I didn't even know about. Due to discontinued siding above my garage door, they worked with me to find a solution that turned out beautifully; so much so that I received comments that the "design choice" looked great. The end result of all the work was better than I could have expected. The deck looks almost new (it was in pretty bad shape). My neighbor commented on how impressed they were with the meticulous preparation of the painters and the final outcome. PICO will be my only call for all future house repair/upgrade needs. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had PICO construction design and build an addition on our home. This addition had the added complexity of having a full basement underneath and creating an opening to the existing basement. PICO began work in late November of 2022 and made good progress through the winter of 2023. Although we experienced significant delays in the Spring of 2023, mainly due to supply chain and labor issues, the job was finished by August 2023. Because of some of the labor issues PICO ran into, I offered to pick up some of the smaller jobs to help finish the project. I appreciated their flexibility regarding this. PICO did credit my account for the work I performed. As a quality engineer for a major aerospace company, it would be accurate to say that I would be considered a detail oriented customer. Overall PICO favorably responded to any quality issues we pointed out. Given the post COVID environment that PICO was navigating, I would say they did a good job to the best of their ability.

My wife, Mary, and I recently had some remodeling completed that included reconfiguring the laundry to incorporate a stacked washer and dryer as well as removing a sliding glass door in the kitchen and finishing the garage interior. The work was fairly extensive and required plumbing, HYVAC, electrical, framing, finish carpentry, and a stone Mason. The work managed by Wes, Colby, and Scott was of the highest quality with numerous items provided that went beyond the requirements of the contract. All of the subcontractors were talented, punctual and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them for any future projects.

We decided to do some updates/ upgrades in our home and are extremely pleased with outcome, it has far exceeded our expectation. The professionalism ,expertise and reliability of the workers was remarkable. The owner of the company was very easy to communicate with, he represents his company well with fairness in price and with the highest quality of materials used. Would highly recommend Pico llc and plan to utilize them again for more upgrades in my home. #Very pleased customer.

My front courtyard, walkway, brick wall and columns were in disrepair to put it mildly. There was a great deal of settling and Pico was referred to me by my neighbor. I had had a terrible experience a few years back and was fearful of having another.

Pico did not disappoint. In fact, they went an extra mile time and again, making sure I was always told what to expect in the days ahead of the project. I couldn’t be happier or more pleased with this group of wonderful people, and the front area looks beautiful. Thank you to everyone at Pico!!
