It took several trips to get the service at a brand new garage that we had put in. Finally after almost 2 months we got service. Very unprofessional the owner promised a 300.00 dollar credit that I have yet to see I used bybee electric twice before and was satisfied but after this I will never use or recommend them

No idea about their services. But their drivers could definitely use a refresher on road safety. After disregarding his yield sign merging onto Kellogg he proceeded to attempt running me off the road.

They helped set up our electric for our pool about 2 years ago. However, they ran into issues and had to come back out and fix what they did wrong. But charged us for their mistake. They also broke a light we had by our pool and never fixed it. Other than that it's a decent company.

They are very good at producing quality work. We had a problem with a city inspector wich was NOT their fault, and they were so very focused on resolving the issue for me. Great guys, great customer service, and great pricing. Highly recomend them.

Had the do a residential basement for us. Good price, good project manager, electrician that came on site seemed annoyed when I corrected him on things that were on the work order. Overall very happy!

Received an email requesting a review for serviced rendered by Bybee Electric on google reviews. I have not had any services by this company. I asked for a quote from them back in June of 2018. If you give them your email, you will end up on the email list 2 years later out of the blue saying thanks for services and asking for a review. Users beware your data might bleed over into other sections of this company. Makes me wonder what else have they done with my information.

Bybee Electric was great! Electrician named Martin was exceptional with his promptness, skills and knowledge. He diagnosed and repaired the issue with ease regarding indoor lights/switches and an outdoor photo cell problem. Martin has a good personality and was very easy to work with. I would strongly recommend him for any electrical work.

I was introduced to Bybee Electric during a very large main floor and kitchen remodel, by our contractor. The electrical work was a HUGE part of the remodel and Bybee did a FANTASTIC job. They took time every step of the way to make sure everything was the way we wanted it, worked seamlessly with us, our contractor, and the other subs. They went above and beyond to include relabeling both our breaker boxes and provided us with a written "key". Tom, and all the guys we worked with were top notch, knowledgable electricians. I have used them for other electrical needs since our remodel. John, the estimator is very thorough, thoughtful and timely. Susan in the office is very easy to work with, and very responsive, with scheduling and other requests. I highly recommend Bybee Electric.

Derek was awesome! He arrived on time, called before he showed up. He was professional & made sure all of our concerns were addressed. He had to go get some replacement parts that we needed, installed them and made sure everything worked before he left.

We could not be happier with our experience with Bybee Electric. The technician that we met with initially had great suggestions for solutions to our particular situation. And the installing technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. Both were very courteous and friendly. Great experience all around. We are glad our kitchen remodelers suggested them.

I have used Bybee Electric several times personally and professionally. I run a service company myself and have enjoyed working with them each and every time. I refer them regularly and hear nothing but the same from those I sent them to work. Good products, Good service and competitive pricing. It is really what you want out of your service company.

I was very pleased with the work Bybee Electric did on my basement lighting. I had them install updated ceiling lites. They not only did that but fixed some wiring problems they found in the process. They knew what they were doing and I could trust them to do the job in a efficient and timely manner. I recommend them and would use them again.

This will likely be my go-to for electrical needs from now on!

I got four quotes, and they were by far the most reasonable. The person who provided the quote answered all my questions thoroughly and provided an estimate of the length of time the power would be off (important because my father is on continuous oxygen and we needed to prepare).

The person (Derek) who did the work was friendly, communicative, and efficient. He did forget his hoodie, so I guess it's free advertising until they pick it up! Lol!

I did call with a couple of additional questions, and the young female who answered the phone was kind and helpful (maybe Katie).

We got breaker box completely replaced, the outside collar repaired, some outlet upgrading done in the garage (which also made our outside backyard light functional again), some inside outlets changed to 3-way, and an inside switch replace.

Had a large project for my home and shop, these guys saved me a ton of money over every other bid I got. The guys showed up and got the job done in just a few days when everyone else said it would take at least a week. I was very happy and impressed with the work and service. The follow up was also greatly appreciated and honestly unexpected 👍👍👍👍👍 five thumbs up !!

Installed a 100 amp sub-panel in garage for additional power for large power tools. My main panel needed some reconfiguring and that went off without a hitch. They did good work and were courteous throughout the process. The price was fair - I had 3 bids and Bybee was in the middle.

Matt was awesome. He knew what to look for and was able to get our outlets working again within an hour. We bought our house in the fall last year, and the circuits didn't make any sense. Our outlets were inside and outside, upstairs and downstairs, but Matt was able to take care of it without too much hassle. Highly recommend and would call them again. Thank you!

Bybee Electric has helped us with our new home on a few occasions. Both times, Martin, has been our technician. He is prompt, knowledgeable and very personable. Today, we had a tricky issue with the connection of our lighting. Martin went above and beyond to get everything fixed and spent an ample amount of time making sure everything was fixed appropriately. He even made 2 trips to leave in order to get a couple of small pieces that were missing on our ceiling fans. The appointment was not intended for him to help us with the ceiling fans but he noticed that a couple parts were not installed correctly. Martin didn’t have to help us with this at all and he truly went above and beyond our expectations! I highly recommend Martin with Bybee. You will not be disappointed!
