I've been buying electrical supplies here for 44 years and four different name changes...

I went in happy, not a care in the world, with a consolidated list of needed items. I left feeling flabbergasted and with the wrong items but too dissapointed to return them. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recommend finding a different store. Workers are in very bad moods and take it out on customers. They try to intimidate you and try to make you feel stupid. I have a medium knowledge of electrical and they acted like i dont know a thing in the world! I had to take a few deep breaths and regain my composure just hoping to buy my items and leave. Other customer's had problems with them while i was in store. And to add insult to injury, they gave me the wrong items. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. They need to go out of business.

Helpful staff, easy to find location on a quiet street. They have nearly every electrical supply you might need.

We remodeled our house less than a year ago and he was slow to get back with me. But it was ok he at least acknowledge it did. But now it’s been a and I still have one breaker that’s alway popping or shutting off. I’ve texted him several times and called a couple of times but always go to voicemail and then nothing. Well it’s popped 10 times in the last week. I want it fixed. He got his money even though I wanted to hold it till the problem was fixed. But now he refuses to text or call

My employer has used SWE for years. I've always received great service from SWE and their last service call is no exception. I do appreciate the level of service and professionalism I got from the last electrician named Jake. He represents SWE very well and is a pleasure to work with on projects. Keep up the great work!

Jacob Dreiling is the BEST, hands down! His work ethic and service is a rare find. Prompt/punctual, professional but friendly, knowledgeable, highly educated in his field of expertise, and COMPETENT!!! A company's value is created by those like Jacob... who's worth is priceless.

The woman that answers the phone as a representative of this organization is probably the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to.

A great place to learn about the electrical trade in general, it’s applications and nuances with good instructors available for support.

I am simply trying to request information about their apprenticeship program, however, whoever they have answering phones is unable to do their job correctly. I have been hung up on and told not to call back at least a dozen times by this individual, and I have yet to even ask a single question.

I am currently attending this school. The new director keely is extremely helpful and has done many things to help make the students life easier. She responds quickly, is helpful, and super nice. So far the teachers have also been friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Overall a good experience.

IEC Wichita is a great school! I attended their 4 year apprenticeship program and learned a lot that helped me pass my journeyman’s exam and understand the electrical code, print reading, how different devices worked and just electricity in general. I would recommend this school for anyone interested in the electrical trade.

Just finished my second year in their apprenticeship program. The program has been a huge benefit in learning the electrical code in a structured way that I doubt most people could achieve on their own in such a short time. I look forward to the next 2 years in the program. If your interested in becoming an electrician I definitely recommend applying for the program.
