They didn't have what I needed, but Scooby left no stone unturned before coming to that conclusion. I always appreciate a company that goes the extra mile for their customers and this is obviously that type of place. Ive been in my rental home since may 17th 2020. The basement needed some updated wiring for the dryer. Its been over a month for them to come out and do what theyre supposed to do. I have had to reschedule 3 times. One reschedule didnt even get put into theyre system. The electrician is always late and each time i have to call and find out what is going on. It has been over a month of me not being able to do laundry. I expected this electrical work to be done within the first week of moving in. Its still not done.
