I just want to give a triple thumbs up to Window Genie! Blake did a fantastic job and it was no easy task to make them look great. We use Rick's for all of our rental properties. Tenants can be extremely hard on carpet, but Rick always seems to get them refreshed and looking new!

I had a pretty stubborn stain to deal with and Rick followed up after several times to see how it turned out after drying. He came back over after the stain was still slightly visible and made another pass at it. He was able to get the rest of the stain up. It’s not often that you get someone following up after to make sure a challenging project turned out.
