Great customer service. We had issues with a past company, Stoni and his guys came and and fixed the previous companies mistakes, and did it at a better price. Very happy.

Everytime I call these guys they are willing to help and they show up like clock work. They do a great job and let me know of any issues I'm not aware of. They will come out as much or as little as you need them to. Highly recommend Humble pool.

This company is not professional and did a horrible job of opening and closing our pool for the last 2 years. They repeatedly forgot to do simple parts of opening our pool. When discussing this with the owner he got overly defensive and hung up on me. Do not waste your money with this company.

We have two neeighborhood pools that where opened in the spring and closed in the fall. Also we had a leak in our liner that was repaired buy them. I have nothing but good things to say about humble lawn and pool. They were professional on time reasonable price and always met our expectations. They did a great job

We got a quote from this company for an inground pool liner replacement. Communications and quote was almost always through phone messages or email, and communications were sparse. The whole job took way longer than we expected. We had to personally stay up late twice to watch a water fill line for them because they would leave. Through this whole process, we never were informed when they were coming back, or what time they were returning. Then the struggles began because we noticed that as the water fill began, the liner was wrinkling in one area and not tucked in properly at the top. So they came out a day or so later and looked and told us to drain it back down, and told us to drain it back down to a certain level which was the other "stay up late night!" Then in another day or so.....they came back and supposedly fixed the problem and tucked the problem area in. Unfortunately when we got the pool 3/4 full, the top of the liner came untucked again. By this time we were fit to be tied! Phone conversations with them were heated and angry on both sides because we became so frustrated with them. The owner "Stoney" was not nice! They took so long to try to complete the job, that the new pool liner turned green and slimy! After the last phone conversation with them (my husband was so mad he never wanted to deal with them ever again,) so he told me to tell them not to come back on our property, which I did. It was so stressful and frustrating! We hired another pool company to finish the job, and tuck that area of the liner in properly! We wouldn't use Humble Lawn and Pool if they were the last pool company on the planet!

I have been working with TFM for one year and they are great. They provide all our facility maintenance needs including table setups / takedown. They are easy to work with, professional and always willing to help out with other tasks we might have. Thank you, TFM!

G'day in March of 2014, we were having all sorts of trouble trying to glue outdoor carpet to a strip of concrete 90 ft long 12 ft wide, it was suggested we strip all the old glue off first, we tried everything, it wasn't until i called TFM Services that i thought maybe we could solve the problem , i was hesitant at first because i was afraid they'd use harsh chemicals and that it would kill all the new sod that i had laid around this area , they talked me through what they would use and how it was totally non toxic, and that they could combine it with powerwashing to get the result we needed. I was totally impressed with the result , the carpet is holding up great , Robert Boren at TFM had people there on time, they did a great job, and i will use them again, oh and very cost effective. Our experience was less than impressive, as we had a true difference of opinion. The gentleman who managed the project clearly had difficulty with shooting straight, the quality was less than we had anticipated. After showing up in the morning that the project was to be completed. We had not received any notification that they were done. We walked in to a mess. with burned doors and trim, Cabinets etc. Also had to hire another co. to sand and paint all of the baseboards, clean all the windows from residue, and clean and repaint where there was clear disregard on walls. At this point we had to close for the day loosing a large amount of money on top of the additional expense. When we sent the proposal to the company for them to absorb some of these costs, the showed up at our business, they threatened us and called us names. We would suggest finding a better rounded co. for your flooring needs, We certainly will next time.

I would never recommend this company. They seem nice and on top of it at first but when it comes to doing the actual job, they are a joke. They tell you one thing and then do something different. We were told 2 people would come clean. One person showed up, very young, not the most professional, and we hadn't ever met her. We had certain things that needed done and she didn't know how to do one major thing. They led us on and were very shady. Jim, the contact I dealt with was very nice on the walk-through but after this happened, he called & was very short, didn't give me a chance to talk about anything, and just said they this wasn't going to work out. Totally left us hanging and scrambling. Please don't use them!

Work with TFM on a regular basis they are professional and do great work!
