Tried to give this business my money after seeing thier videos all of the internet while searching for pressure washer accessories. They really didn't seem too interested in helping me at all. I wanted to buy a foamer and some hose swivels and they acted like I was really an inconvenience.

Joe was very helpful in answering all of our questions. I wasn't very familiar with the equipment needed for a large job coming up, and he helped quite a bit, and set us up with what we needed to do the job(s) correctly.

If you need a pressure washer hot or cold, floor cleaning equipment or chemicals to help you get the job done Joe and the guys can get you exactly what you need. I have bought a pressure washer and floor scrubber from them, both pieces of equipment are topnotch quality machines. Joe and his guys will make sure you get the right equipment and chemicals that you need along with the training to make sure you get the most out of the money you spend. I usually spend a lot of time checking specs and price's and always end up at their place getting the best deal. You will be hard pressed to find a company with better customer service.

I called for assistance getting the right orifice size for quick connect nozzles for my pressure washer and the gentleman who answered was super friendly and helpful!! He got the PSI and GPM rating and was able to tell me the correct size. He also went a step further and explained how to properly identify the numbers that are stamped on the nozzles.
Would highly recommend this retailer.

Excellent customer service. Everyone worked as a team to get my machine back in good working order. They listened to my concerns, wrote everything down, and relayed to me the best ways to get the repairs completed. I was in and out in less time then they had promised. This level of customer service is hard to come by. I am glad i made the call.

I bought my first commercial pressure washer unit from these guys about two months ago. My crew caused an issue early on and they were very great to work with on the repair and the training for the crew to not repeat the same mistakes. They also helped me out on a project where I did not have water for an exterior pressure wash and they came up with a creative solution for me to get this done with one of their portable water tanks.

My go to place and top recommendation to anyone for parts, supplies, and equipment. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.
