I was away from home and I used them to mow my yard. They completely destroyed my front yard and told me since I was away from home. As professionals if there were problems they should have contacted me that's why you hire professionals, but since they knew I was away from home cause I put it in my service notes, they didn't. They instead kept charging me full price to mow a lawn that they killed and no longer had to mow a large part of it. They are a huge scam. Do not use them they don't care. A random teenager can do a better job then their so called "pros". Do yourself a favor and use ANYBODY else. I am now left with a yard their "pros" killed and now have to fix it all myself. I paid them $120 a month for them to destroy my yard and for me to now have to spend more to fix it. They also noticably are making no attempt to fix it. They know they are in the wrong. Do yourself a favor and don't hire them. Look at how terrible of a job they did I posted the pic.

DO NOT USE. They hire people who don't know what they are doing, don't even do half the job, and will refuse to give you your money back. The people they hire will destroy your yard and leave it looking awful. Making you then spend more time and energy and money to fix. Extremely unhelpful customer service.

Jessica and her team mowed my lawn very well! We are busy with work, and the people we hired before always forgot to mow the corners, but Jessica did a great job and it was very clean! My dog ​​loves rolling on the mowed lawn

This company comes very close to being a scam. They give you the first mow at a very reasonable cost. In my case, they offered to mow my lawn for $19. Then, without you signing anything or agreeing to anything, they insist you allow them to do your lawn a minimum of three times at the regular cost. They quoted me $50 for my yard. That was well over what I have been paying. Furthermore, you cannot go to their website and delete your credit card, update it, or do anything with it, or even see it. They keep total access to your credit card. That's almost criminal. So you have to dispute the charge if you don't want them. Or perhaps you could block them on your credit card. I was told by one of the men who used to work there that he was only paid $30 when he mowed my lawn, for which I paid $50. The middleman is not needed in a simple transaction like this. I advise you not to have anything to do with this outfit. They are dishonest and close to being crooked. Stay away from this sort of middleman jobber who signs up workers and gives them a small portion of the fee and keeps the rest. Just hire the worker.
As you can see from the photo, they put $40 on as my bill for each mow. But they debited my credit card for $50.

William always does a great job on my yard. I have been using LawnStarter for several years and am completely satisfied with the work and the customer service.

William is reliable, skilled, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. He's been helpful for regular mowing and maintenance as well as a few other services that have come up from time to time.

Hired then for flower bed weeding services. The “pro” only completed a partial job and LawnStarter only offered me a $30 credit. The weeds were supposed to be hand pulled and then sprayed. Very disappointed in this service.

I’ve had Lawn Starter for two years now. First year, wonderful,2nd year my yard looks terrible. They mowed the day after an overnight storm, instead of picking up small branches, they mowed big squares around them. They drove over my landscape timbers, pulling them out of the ground and leaving them.
I asked for a different crew two and a half weeks ago and have been shown that they really don’t care. I canceled their service this morning, and feel a wave of relief due to it.
You hire contractors because they are professionals in their field, not because you want your yard to look terrible! I would not recommend this company!!! EVER!

Kadir is a locallly owned and operated business. He services just about anything you might need in the way of handyman jobs.

I expected to spruce up the front of my business but Kadir went the extra mile and made it look new! He was careful, explained what he was doing and why, and cleaned up well when finished. I highly recommend the Handyman Hero!

They do not honor the 1 year guarantee. 2 stars because one tree lived.

I bought two Shumard oaks, called/emailed with concerns about the trees (within the one year policy). They came out and said nothing was wrong even though both trees leaves had wilting leaves. They said everything was normal.

I was still concerned and hired a local company to try and rehabilitate the trees. The company did great but one tree still died due to it being to far gone from it being distressed.

Tree Top Nursery & Landscape was a very beautiful place to shop!!! Although a little high priced for me. That's why it got 4 stars from me.

0 STARS. I spent ~$6,000 on a landscaping plan. My trees got planted at the beginning of winter. I cared for them via their instruction. After 90% of my evergreens and bushes died, I contacted them and it took 8 months for them to finally come out and replace the trees. They chose to plant them again in winter (December 1st). I shared my fear about them not acclimating to my soil, and they said they would be fine. They started showing signs of death starting in February. I contacted them and they said “we normally only replace the first set of trees”. $6,000, 6 bushes & 14 trees wasted.

We bought an Autumn Maple tree in 2020, which unfortunately didn’t make it. It was replaced in late 2021. This April we realized the new tree was in the same boat, and we were told that it was likely due to the harsh conditions last year. Even though they were in no way liable to replace the tree, they went ahead and replaced it with a tree that is more suitable for the soil in our yard. Thank you to Eric and his team for making us happy customers.

We ventured out into the storm yesterday and decided to stop at TreeTop to look for a ponytail palm that I haven’t been able to find in quite awhile! Tree Top just happened to receive a few on their truck and one spectacular employee offered to take me out via golf cart if I was willing to go get soaked. I’m adventurous.. so away we went. Thanks so much for your amazing customer service and having fun in the rain with me yesterday! Shout Out!!🪴❤️

Always a beautiful experience! Our inside plants needed a tune up and we brought them in to Tisha who re-planted them all for draining, cut and put some in water to root, added some cute holders, and labeled what each was and on the back, watering instructions! She's a gem and thankful she's there!!

We had a tree planted by Tree Top in September of last year. This spring, we got to see the tree recover from the shock of being planted here last year and fully fill out with leaves. I was concerned it wouldnt make it thru the winter, but following all of their directions, we have a beautiful little tree this year. Now, just to watch it get bigger! Couldn't be more happy with their planting, quality and overall service.
