Nice selection of plants in general and friendly knowledgeable staff. We responded to an advertisement for 6 pack annuals. Unfortunately, they were pretty much gone when we got there. Regular stock is a bit pricey.

The employees are always so helpful. I use their lawn care program for a healthy lush green lawn with no weeds.

The house plant selection is really good as are the prices. If you want a special landscape plant that the big box stores don’t carry this is your place.

These people never let me down. I'm a cheapskate and always go whenever they have a sale and yet they treat me the same as if I'm paying full price. They are nothing but helpful and have a great selection of plants that will always work in our area. I'm a big customer service fan and Johnson's is so pleasant and friendly. Marty's monthly email is very helpful too.

So many plants. Helpful employees, answer all your questions. You get Johnson's grrenbucks to spend on future shopping spree. Plants, pots, gardening tools, plant food, potting soil.

I just love going here. I could spend hours wondering in there.. The staff is always there to help with smiling faces and bubbly personality.. Very knowledgeable staff and if they don't know they will find someone that does.. I love coming here they have plants, cactus, and succulents no one else does.. My #1 plant shop.. Went to the nursery to look for shade plants. First, the nursery was very clean, and well maintained. All of the plants were very healthy. I was helped by an employee named Mitchell. He was very helpful, very patient and incredibly knowledgeable and friendly..I will definitely buy from Johnson’s again.

On 4/12/25 I was at the west Johnsons Garden Ctr. I was going in to pay for some flowers & tripped & took a bad fall. Going up to the door is on an incline. The general manager Joanna Edgerton witnessed the whole thing & even remarked on how uneven the ground is. I tore up my knee pretty good with a bad bruise right on top of my knee. I scrapped up my arm pretty good. Also sustained a bad bruise to my left breast I received neither an apology or even an offer of compensation. You can rest assured I will never be returning there.

The customer service sucks. The young cashier was extremely rude and uninformed.

They always have the best plant variety & the staff is very helpful! We love coming here on the weekend and walking around, it’s hard not to leave the store with something!

Great plants and great people! Johnson’s Garden Center has a huge assortment of plants - indoor, outdoor, trees, shrubs, etc. They also have a friendly, knowledgeable team who will help you with plant questions, selecting plants that will grow well together, and even allow you to throw a terrarium planting party onsite!

Bought several vegetable starters and a big bag of soil that we needed help getting in the car. They told us to pull up our car and showed us where to go. When we got over there the person had no idea what we were there for and chastised me the whole time for how I parked which I would have fixed if he would have told me where else to go. He was very rude to me and made the whole experience of shopping at this store something that I won’t be repeating.

Saw this place as we were driving by and decided to turn around because we have been looking for some garden ornaments and we have never been there. We found the perfect mushrooms for our front beds and som discounted mums for only 5 bucks each. Great customer service from all the staff. Very helpfull and knowledgeable. We'll be back.
