Chris my technician is always super friendly and has amazing communication skills and is also super informative when it comes to me and a billion questions. I'm happy with there services and there whole team.

We live in the country. The techs here are always willing to spray, check traps or change sticky boards whenever I ask. They were super helpful when we were having cement work done. They came right out to remove the termite stations and then put them back after the dirt work.

Kenny was very professional. Took a good look at interior and exterior. Showed me price options, and even took time to pet my kitty. I think we’re going to be very happy with this company.

Peggy, and the rest of the crew, at APM are great! We’ve used them for a couple years and they make sure our 100+ year old house stays spider-free. (Which is tough in College Hill,KS.) We requested that the tech wear a mask and they were happy to oblige. Absolutely going to keep using their business for bug removal and y’all should too.

Chad does a great job not only taking care of the immediate task, but also contacting staff if there are any concerns. He is pleasant and adapts to special/individualized needs. The office staff are also helpful and responsive.

A year a half with this company and we are thrilled with the results! They took care of our mice problem, and always come out to deal with any new bug issues in our 100 year old home. Highly recommend

I’ve used American Pest Management for a few years now and they’ve been great. Not only have the technicians helped me understand what options are best for my house but they are very professional and care about their customers. Matt is our regular technician and he goes above and beyond.

I began using American Pest Management due to a mice problem in my home. The initial visit was great, the technician was friendly and helpful and the bait traps worked well and the rodent problem was deterred. However, I paid for the service for a year and only had someone in my house once. I would constantly get contacted to schedule but was told that the technician would only be in my area during the day when I was at work so outside service only was performed. One time a technician showed up at my house unannounced and became very upset that I was not home to allow him access to my house. I am extremely disappointed that I did not get the full service I paid for since I did not get in home support and only outside support.

Great service to keep termites away from damaging wooden homes. Excellent customer communication. We just bought our home this year, so they hand you a booklet of what the system does throughout the year. One year fee. Professionalism at its best. Really recommend this service. Recently had some issues with beetles and spiders, called the office and they sent a tech out in 2 days and within 24 hours all my bugs were dead and gone. My tech Lanny was extremely nice, he helped me set up a schedule. Best Pest Control company I have ever used!

We use American Pest Management out of Wichita, KS and they're great! We're located in OK and they drive down each time for us! Chandler is the vendor that comes to service our quarterly monthly pest control. He is very skilled and knowledgeable in all aspects of the job. He will come in and consult with us before going to the apartments and then also comes back in to let us know what he finds if anything and is very detailed in his descriptions. Zero complaints and would recommend them and also Chandler to anyone!

Our technician was very knowledgeable,patient, and promoted the next level of service. I give this guy 5 stars. He made me feel comfortable & made it my business what he was doing. Very professional.

Chris was very polite and he explained everything thoroughly as to what he planned to do on his first visit. It was a very cold day when he came out but he examined everything on the outside and he filled some holes and set out some traps. He also put some traps in my kitchen where I have seen most of the mice. He also sprayed the baseboards in my home. Since his first visit I have not seen a trace of any mice in my home. I am very pleased and grateful for the work that Chris did for me.

American Pest has done a fabulous job at my house. The office Staff have been very helpful in scheduling and the tech who's serviced my home, know his business, discussed his plan with me, is efficient, always prompt and helpful because he listen if I have something to say. I would recommend American Pest.

I’ve used American Pest for the past 5 years. They are friendly, responsive and accommodating. I bought a house that had a sever rodent, termite and spider problem. They remedied the situation and I haven’t had any problems since. I also used them when I managed several properties and they went out of their way to accommodate our crazy schedule and we’re wonderful about following up. I highly recommend their services.
