Chandler with American Pest Management is very professional, polite and has wonderful customer service! If he’s running behind due to scheduling he’ll communicate to the next customer and let them know what’s going on. He strives to do everything in a efficient and high quality manner for every customer! He talks with all the customers and let’s them know what’s going on in their residence. Best pest technician we’ve ever had!

Chris my technician is and during this appt. was very professional he covered all areas we planned and those I suggested rendering suggestions for future protection of my home I'm very thankful for American pest management and their efforts of zero tolerance you guys are awesome

I'm very happy with American Pest Mgt because when I call with a question or a problem, they're all over it and have it resolved in no time.
As regards continuing coverage, several years back. I discovered sawdust on the driveway entry. Tiny holes dusted with sawdust gave away the apartments some termites were building with my lumber. APM ran off all the little rascals and I haven't had sight of them since. I love living next to a pond, but so do termites. Life is good with APM.

Kelly did a great job. The guy who did the first few services very knowledgeable.

Always professional. Always efficient. Always flexible. Techs that come out are amazing and tackle any issues from spiders to a garage mouse they are a one and done but still come out and follow up. They work with my schedule. Office ladies are the kindest and often make accomodations to work around my schedule. Worth every penny. Customer service is top tier from office communication down to the tech who comes to my house. No problem is ever left unresolved nor do I ever have to wait more than a day or two. My ant infestation was unreal and I called and they were here the next day and continued treating until it was resolved without me having to call and call. They are self running and hold themselves to a higher standard than other companies. I have used them for years and will continue to. They are always respectful of my home and space. I have had other companies and personally worked this field. This company is by far superior than any other. They will solve whatever problem you have. They listen and they care. Their techs are knowledgeable and kind. If you are looking for a great company you won't be let down by this one I promise. I don't know what my techs name is but he's awesome. I've had other techs to they were equally above expectations. I will always have a contract with this company no matter where I live. They never let me down ever. Thank you apm.

Schendel promised me a service they are unable to provide - i was plagued with vermin and advised the company of this b4 I paid them i DID NOT DO NOT have roaches, ants, etc and that is what they continued to treat my house for I emailed this to the company in Topeka USELESS@@@ RUN RUN RUN I told them I can set a mouse trap that is all they did USELESS again I say RUN RUN RUN

Since they came to terminate bed bugs at my apartment complex their has been nothing but problems continuing not only with bed bugs now but they did something in the attic and now there are rats and silverfish on top of the bed bugs I had huge spiders crawling across my bed all they did was stir up the activity of these insects and rodents and the problem got so much worse and it's been over two months since they so called treated this place I called to tell them about it but they just told me to call my landlord even though my landlord paid 3500$ to get it all fixed it has not even lightened at all

Schendel has been very thorough in servicing our property for years.

We had a spray done n we were told our reptiles had to be put of house so we put in garage n they said that is fine n we asked about our fish n they said as long as we put a wet sheet n cover with a tarp with the pump off they be fine well they lied we came back to the house 2 hrs later the time they said to be gone n found all our fish DEAD and we had them for years

I called to make a appointment for my parents and they never contacted them or me every time I called in got the run around they just kept passing the buck 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
