Wow. Don’t be a fool. Stop searching for another company. Call these guys right now. If you’re having problems they’ll fix it quickly. Within 24 hours they got my AC blowing cold air, which is something two competitors couldn’t do in two weeks and four service trips. And it didn’t cost me as much as I wasted with the other companies.

I will never even consider working with anybody but Epic from now on. Wish I found them sooner!

Preston came out to my house and explained to me in detail what was going on with my AC. He told me how I could prevent future problems and was very easy to work with. He was patient with my scheduling, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future should any problem arise. The best deal in Wichita! Very professional, on time and their work is quality. Our AC went out just died, they scheduled installation for two days later and got it done within 5 hours.

Chad came to the house to check out a smoke smell. He checked everything in the furnace and around the house, just to be sure. Once we figured out it was a bad light bulb (which he was very kind to change), he cleaned our furnace to prepare us for the rest of the season. He showed me some pictures of the inside of the furnace to help give me an idea of how old the furnace is and let me know to start budgeting for a new one. He was not pushy at all, more realistic than anything.

Epic was a very professional and responsive group. I will use them if I have any other problems in the future.

My air conditioner went out and I had company coming from out of town. I called Epic and they had someone check the next day and told me that the compressor died. They called me back with an estimate later that day, and installed a new one the next day. Great service!
