What a great team at Epic heating and Air. Our daughter was having furnace troubles and the unit was 20 years old and the AC was a 48 year old carrier. Will came out for a service call and did his best to identify the problem but being its age we decided to get a new AC and furnace. We visited with Justin on Monday and the install was Tuesday. Preston and Aaron did a fantastic job , friendly, polite and very efficient. Thanks Epic!

The work was quick and the tech did a good job. But this receipt looks real shady to me. Changed from 3 lb to 4 lb and total changed from $120 to $160. Luckily I caught it and the company refunded me the money. But had I not, I would of been over charged $40.
As for the company... they were quick at responding and got me on their schedule within 24 hours. No complaints about the company. Issue is only with how the job was wrote up on this receipt.

Called to complain about a driver not having a load secured & losing insulation all over the road. Told me I ha insulation’ blow in my car & im highly allergic to it. He giggled while saying oh I’m sorry. Didn’t sound very professional.

Didn't check charge on roof air-conditioning said cotton wood seed don't go that high single story building unit had been ran without a filter for over a year just getting into building told tech they didn't even look at the coil epic failure

Technician said I was down 2 lbs with R10 but couldn't fill because didn't carry. Dan's HC came out and saw it was R22 (i think)and fully charged. Paid $200 for info that was wrong and had to pay Dan's to tell me I didn't need the 2 lbs of charge.

This review is on customer service. I was concerned about my dehumidifier on my one year old HVAC system which they installed new. Humidity was running between 18 and 23(way too dry and unhealthy), runs non stop and no matter what I set it at it won't raise the Humidity level.
I called and spoke with Karlee 3-4 times over a coupe days. Each time she said she would have a tech give me a call. Never got a call from anyone!! All I wanted to do is ask a couple of questions and see if maybe there was something I could do. I guess they just blew me off.

They ruined my AC and added an extra capacitor when my capacitor was never even out. A week later I had to buy a new air conditioner unit. And charge me 200+ to put the very small capacitor that was not needed. And it was ruined because the new AC guy told me that. He showed me the original capacitor that is still on my unit was nothing wrong with. You guys added the small one which fried it. And it wasn't bad luck it was bad business.
