You can't make this stuff up. My dog fell down the air return all the way to the basement. Justin answered a text of panic at 10pm while my husband was figuring out how to get her out. Besides answering the panic call he gave us the most honest quote for maintenance we've ever had versus buying all new stuff when it wasn't necessary. He changed our air filter and a setting on the furnace, we have more air flow than we've ever had. We still need some other maintenance done next week. You can actually feel air two feet up from the vent. Every other company we have had out over the years said we needed a bigger unit. Turns out our unit is plenty big just, "needs a little love." says Justin. Very pleased!

Preston was fully booked during a busy time of the year, but he still figured out a way to get my A/C cooling again even with short notice. It was obvious he'd been doing this for a long time and knew what he was doing.

I'm pretty sure I was a pain in the rear to deal with, so I'd like to give a special thanks to him for being so kind and understanding.

Preston came in with his guys and installed a complete new HVAC system today and I must say I was pleased with their work. Fast and Friendly and a great price for the service I needed. I highly recommend them.

My AC stopped working unexpectedly on Saturday evening. I called Epic, and Aaron was able to come out first thing Sunday morning. He quickly diagnosed my issue and was friendly and professional. He showed me everything he was doing alo g the way and quickly restored my home back to cool bliss. I would absolutely recommend Aaron and Epic for any HVAC needs.

Extremely pleased with the service. Justin was quick to respond to my needs and super flexible in scheduling my service needs. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue immediately and had my furnace up and running in less than 15 minutes. Five star customer service!!! Replaced our furnace within two days if the initial call. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very clean when working and took the time to protect my home from damage. Took the time to answer questions and educate on the problem at hand. Would highly recommend and will continue to use their services for regular maintenance!!!

Really appreciated Dustin and Willie. They were easy to talk with and knowledgable about the industry. Their recommendations were effective and in our best interest. I had originally called a different HVAC company, but was put off by the big company's "rough" receptionist and their lack of interest in me and my AC problems. So when I talked with Epic, I was surprised with their helpfulness and readiness to help me out in a timely manner. Justin does a terrific job running Epic. I thoroughly recommend them! Furthermore, for no additional charge, they topped off the refrigerant in my system (which had a leak) so that my family and I could be as comfortable as possible until the parts came in for the complete repair. That was a nice touch.

We went 3 winters with no heat and had a real hard time getting anyone to come out here to put a furnace in for us but Justin with Epic Heating and Cooling was a super cool guy very down to earth and very helpful.

He came right out for a quote and didn't forget about us, he truly did everything in his power to finally get us heat and got the new furnace installed within a couple days.

Epic installed a new high efficiency air conditioning unit and furnace. Justin was very knowledgeable and sold us exactly what we needed. The work is professional and his prices are competitive. We will use Epic for our seasonal maintenance needs and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Epic is the only heating and cooling company I will ever call for service for not only myself but for my real estate clients! Preston is always quick to respond and over the top helpful! We had Ryan out to service my Grandma's A/C recently and he was so nice and quick! Always affordable and always the best service!

Epic recently did a fantastic job of replacing my 24 year old HVAC system! I got several quotes but Justin with Epic did the best job of explaining the systems and installation and showing me my options. They recently came back and checked just to make sure everything was going to run smoothly for me the first time turning on my A/C. I truly appreciate the great customer service! I would highly recommend Epic!

I have used Epic in the past and they have always fixed the problem. So when our air conditioner wasn’t keeping the house cool we called Epic. When Aaron arrived I explained the issue to him. He was very pleasant and professional. He had us up and cooled in under an hour. He didn’t try to up-sale either he just fixed the problem. I will definitely be using them again.

In May, the HVAC unit in my house turned 21 years old. I’ve owned the house almost 7 years and have had to replace a few parts here and there, but this summer the unit was finally exhausted. I had three bids from local companies. Justin with Epic gave me great information about what the process would be, what kind of turnaround time I was looking at, pointed out a few things with my newish water heater that needed some code upgrades that could be handled during the installation and really gave me the best sense of what I was buying if I went with Epic Heating & Cooling. His knowledge and the time he took with me made it easy to choose Epic to do the replacement.
The installation techs had their work cut out for them, and it was an all day process on my service date. They were great, they were respectful of social distancing in these weird times, they were genuinely sweet to my dogs, they were able to laugh and joke with me, and they answered all of my questions. When they were showing me my new thermostat or explaining their work, they were friendly and they were interested in educating me, I never felt like I was being talked at or down to, and that’s always appreciated. How quickly they were able to get me back up and running in Kansas heat and humidity makes them worth every dime. I can’t thank them enough for everything.

A friend told me about Epic and got me in touch with them. The day after I talked to them they were out to look at my unit, gave me their opinion, and sent me a couple options that night. I made my decision and told them what I wanted on a Friday and they scheduled me Monday to get it replaced. The installation went very quickly and the installer did a great job telling me all about the unit. He was in and out in less than 3 hours. I will be recommending Epic to all my family and friends for their heating and air needs!

What a great company! Had a/c problems at my office this week. Called Preston at Epic today around 1:00 pm, within 2 hours Karlee called me and sent Will out 30 minutes later. Everything up and running by 5:30 pm! I highly recommend! Thanks for the awesome service!

This past summer it was triple digit temperatures and the air was thick with humidity. Our A/C went out and we couldn’t fix it ourselves. After calling several companies with wait times scheduling several weeks out—for just an estimate—I was referred by a family friend to Epic Heating and Air. They too had a packed schedule but still made the time to squeeze us in for an estimate. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I scheduled an install for a new system and asked them to just fit us in their schedule as soon as they could. I was elated to get a phone call from them a couple days later saying they had finished a job earlier than expected and could install the new system right away! They went above and beyond throughout the entire process—from estimate and financing to installation and follow-up. They didn’t try to oversell me on more than I needed. I would refer Epic Heating and Air every single time. Outstanding service!! Great people!!

Our AC went out last night and we needed a quick repair. Epic was referred to us by my sister-in-law. Christen was our service tech and he was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and quick to fix our issue. I highly recommend Epic Heating and Air to anyone who needs help with their AC or Furnace issues.

Our air conditioning quit working unexpectedly last night, and temperatures the next few days are going to be 100 degrees. This morning after contacting Epic Heating and Cooling, we had a tech (James) out within a few hours, and he was quickly able to get us up and running again. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their drive to make their customers happy with excellent and efficient service. Thanks for keeping us cool as we enter the hottest days of the year!

Our Furnace quit on Cold Snowy Night. A call to Epic, and a quick call back from Preston. And he was on his way. Got us going thru the Night, and then Will came the next Morning to do the permanent fix. We have had nothing but the highest quality Service from Epic. Wonderful experience! I had Will come over and he was polite, respectful, and worked quickly while explaining everything he did to me. He is a life saver and a fantastic worker! I hope his company sees how good of a worker he is!!! Absolutely happy customer! My AC was back to working within 2 hours! He cleaned it for me and made sure all was well before leaving! Fantastic man!
