Mike Watson has created a team of personnel who take complete pride in all they do. Corinna called to let us know Noah and Kyle were in route and when they arrived, they were both cordial and professional. Both men also placed protective covering on their footwear before entering our home. Throughout the service procedure, they both kept us informed of what they were doing and why. Service was completed and they made sure both systems were operating correctly before leaving. Watson Heating and Cooling is our service team and we recommend them to everyone. You can count on Watson Heating and Cooling - they know their business.

We have used Mike Watson Heating & Cooling for years both at our home and our rental property. From making appointments on the phone to the people who come to our house, I can always count on a cheerful, professional interaction. I would (and do) recommend Watson Heating and Cooling to everyone who needs someone to work on their HVAC equipment.

Mike Watson is the best company to use for heating and cooling. I've used him for years and wouldn't consider using any one else. His employees are wonderful and cleaned up after they were done. He installed a new furnace and ac unit for us. His price was really fair for what he did. We won't use anyone else.

Watson Heating and Air recently replaced our heating and air conditioning. It was a very hot day and they finished it all in one day cleaned up and been working well since then, have been doing business with them for years. Would recommend them every time.

Mike Watson & knowledgeable crew are the best. I have several rentals and my personal home that I pay a flat rate for 2 services in the spring & fall on the hvac units per year. They provide cleaning and check to make sure they are operating efficiently and If something happens with a unit they service I receive quick response. Less hassle and peace of mind. Mike came out the day I called regarding my air conditioner replacement..in the summer I might add! Very friendly and great pricing! The tech that came and did the work was an amazing employee..Very knowledgeable very friendly!! I would highly recommend!

Mike Watson's service was beyond what I've ever experienced before in an HVAC company. I have numerous rental units as well and have used many other HVAC companies in the past 34 years here in Wichita. His employees where knowledgeable about my old system and what caused it to fail. They were true professionals from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a trustworthy HVAC company to service their home or investment properties.

The techs, Noah and Kyle, showed up on time. Prior to entering my home, they got shoe covers on to protect my flooring. They did an exceptional job with the furnace inspection, changed my filter as I requested and then asked if I had any questions. I was totally satisfied with my service I received!!

Mike Watson Heating & Cooling came out within an hour of us calling, on a Saturday morning, with no AC. Kyle got us quickly up & running again with a temporary fix until he could come back on Monday with a new part. Monday morning, like clockwork, Kyle showed up to complete the repair. Kyle is a super nice young man & Mike Watson Heating & Cooling is a great company to work with!

Always on time and ready to work. We have used Mike and his company for years and trust that they will recommend the best equipment. No job to big or to small, ask about their dual zone system so when the kids move out you don’t have to heat and cool the upstairs. It will save you a lot of money and wear and tear on your system.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I needed a new furnace/AC system, basically the HVAC works. Mike personally came to my home to give me an estimate. Very professional and personable, he gave me honest feedback and suggestions. As I emailed or called with questions, he always replied in a timely and friendly manner. The installers, Noah and Kyle, were awesome. They’re experts at what they do, working hard and happy to explain things. They were so kind and considerate with the chaos of my house - kids and dogs - they soon became my dogs’ new favorite people. Corinna, who works in the office, is amazing. She is my new best friend :) You can literally hear her smile on the phone. She was so helpful and patient, and definitely went above and beyond for me and my family. I doubt I will have any HVAC/AC problems in the near future because they did great work, but if I do I will absolutely give them a call. AND, within a couple of months my electrical bill was cut in half! Mike eluded to this happening bc my new system would be that efficient. So happy I found this company. Thank you Mike Watson team!

Mike's Team has always taken great care of our heat and air conditioning servicing and repairs. We have been with them for years and sign up for the whole year service contract each year. Great folks to work with. Highly recommend them!

I've had an annual checkup for Heat and Cooling for the past many years with Mike Watson HVAC. At first meeting he saw the dilapidated HVAC we had (a Coleman system well over 20 years old on it's last watt!) and I followed his recommendation to replace both heat/cool systems! Glad I did! Well, happy wife, happy life and any other relatives, friends, etc, enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of our home because of Mike and his great crews that service our systems twice yearly and keep us secure in the fact we can depend upon our system he put in. Service is great and dependable. Sometimes they put us at the top of the list for servicing when they have slow days, and that's great for us! Thank you for your service Mike and staff, appreciate you asking for an evaluation. Five stars for me and my family.

I appreciate the honest work. They scheduled me same day when my heater went out and was cheaper than expected. The technician came out and fixed it quick and politely answered any questions I had. 10/10 Totally recommend!

WOW! I can’t even begin to express my gratitude. From the time I called them to the time my AC was fixed, it was less than 6hrs. (It’s late July, and the heat was BAD!) The techs and office staff were so helpful and kind. Will be using them in the future! Thank you!

Kyle arrived a few minutes early. Serviced the furnace to include removing construction dust. Made the air cleaner function properly. Made the hydration device function properly. properly. Arranged for Spring and Fall maintenance next year. I also requested Kyle do the maintenance work next SP and FA. Kyle is a keeper. 5 stars +
