Charley did an awesome job fixing our furnace. He figured out the problem pretty quickly.

Called this company when our AC quit blowing cold air and our normal company said it would be over a week before they could schedule us. The tech (Charlie) was at our house later that morning and had the problem solved in 30 minutes. I appreciate the prompt and knowledgeable service.

This is a continuation of a previous review my husband (Tony F) left yesterday. On 7/17/24, we were having a new unit installed so Mannie Sr and Mannie Jr arrived at my house promptly at 8am. They were very courteous and introduced themselves in a professional manner. Charlie, who is amazing, arrived with the parts and the three of them worked together as a team and got our new ac and heater unit installed in 7.5 hours. They were considerate of house and property and ensured everything was clean before they left.
Thanks to Gary who made our new unit happen with just 8-hour notice. I spoke with Kendra in the office, and she promptly sent me an email copy of our receipt (paper copy was given but I wanted an email copy) and warranty information. Everyone we spoke with was so nice to work with and trust me we are not just saying that (we started out hot and tired, so we were a little difficult at first). We look forward to working with Charlie again for our annual maintenance visits. Just call them, you will not regret it.

Charles and Dustin phoned me to let me know they were on their way. Had what I needed to fix the A/C same day i called. Very polite and did a great job. Thank you very much.

Called in on Monday Ac blowing hot air, came out the next day, needed a new unit. Came back out 3 days later, they ran into a few problems not expected, stayed until the job was done 7:30 pm. That is great customer service you guys are the best. The quote given didn’t change.

We called Larry Cook Heating and Air and asked for someone come fix our furnace. We had been putting a band-aid on it for a long time and knew the day would come when we had to replace the unit. Fearing the cost of it mostly. The service man told us it was time to replace it and the cost was less than what others had told us they paid for theirs. Jacob and Ben came and worked steady until it was all done today. They were professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Charley, did excellent job fixing our Heater! On time and did great and he finished it quickly.

I had AC issues for 3 days, spoke with Kent and they sent out Bryan same day. What a life saver he is, very professional and courteous. The AC is humming like a champ. Highly Recommend.

Another company worked on my unit, billed me and told me it was repaired. Then later it stopped working. Larry Cook sent a repairman who discovered the thermostat wire had only been tied together. The Larry Cook repairman spliced the wires together, That was seven months ago and it is still working. The repairman also installed a more efficient thermostat than the one I had. I strongly recommend Larry Cook.

Very professional and honest, they showed up on time and fixed the problem in less time than I expected. The technician was friendly, polite, and explained everything he did as well as giving me additional information about my system. I highly recommend them and they will be the first people I call if I need help again.
