Employees this year (2021) are not as helpful or knowledgeable as they have been in years past. Service quality and plant quality definitely down the drain yet prices almost triple of market value. Table of high end tropicals that are extremely over priced have been sitting there since February have been dying since February.

Very helpful and courteous staff. They answered all the questions I had. I don't live in Wichita, but when I'm in town, I'll definitely go back.

Everyone is very helpful. I came in with a plant cutting that I couldn't identify and Bobby worked with me to find out what it was. Then he helped me figure out what the best plants would be in several location in my yard, depending on the amount of sun or shade they required. They are the best!

The manager Ryan was very helpful in finding the plants that would grow best for my flower beds. He took time and really cared to help even during a busy Saturday.

It was a gorgeous store and the plants were so lush. I just thought that one plant i selected had a few dead and it was the last of it's kind in a gorgeous pink coral color. It would have been nice if they could have adjusted the price. However, one lady was so nice who helpede find seeds for catnip.

I love this place! I have purchased many good quality flowers and vegetable plants from them and they have always exceeded my expectations. I was there today for fertilizer/ crabgrass preventer for the lawn. I'm sorry folks, but I do believe the products they offer are superior to other places that might seem like they are a "deal". They will load your purchases in your vehicle and have complimentary plastic sheets to protect your upholstery in your trunk. They are very friendly and attentive!

Johnson's is very well run, has knowledgeable people who actually care. It IS a bit on the pricey side, but I kind of imagine that is because they pay employees a decent wage or benefits. This is an assumption, but given the quality of their employees I think I guess correctly.

Staff was cold, and of little help I grew up going to this place, and at 70 years of age, I have come to realize that times have changed and through the last 5 or 6 years I have come to realize they don't even stand behind the product all you get is sorry

Nice selection of plants in general and friendly knowledgeable staff. We responded to an advertisement for 6 pack annuals. Unfortunately, they were pretty much gone when we got there. Regular stock is a bit pricey.

The employees are always so helpful. I use their lawn care program for a healthy lush green lawn with no weeds.

The house plant selection is really good as are the prices. If you want a special landscape plant that the big box stores don’t carry this is your place.

These people never let me down. I'm a cheapskate and always go whenever they have a sale and yet they treat me the same as if I'm paying full price. They are nothing but helpful and have a great selection of plants that will always work in our area. I'm a big customer service fan and Johnson's is so pleasant and friendly. Marty's monthly email is very helpful too.

So many plants. Helpful employees, answer all your questions. You get Johnson's grrenbucks to spend on future shopping spree. Plants, pots, gardening tools, plant food, potting soil.

I just love going here. I could spend hours wondering in there.. The staff is always there to help with smiling faces and bubbly personality.. Very knowledgeable staff and if they don't know they will find someone that does.. I love coming here they have plants, cactus, and succulents no one else does.. My #1 plant shop.. THE VERY BEST PLANT SHOP WICHITA HAS TO OFFER.. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED

Went to the nursery to look for shade plants. First, the nursery was very clean, and well maintained. All of the plants were very healthy. I was helped by an employee named Mitchell. He was very helpful, very patient and incredibly knowledgeable and friendly..I will definitely buy from Johnson’s again.
