My main sewer line in the basement got clogged up due to tree roots. Found his number on the website and called him. He gave me a flat price(very good price, compared to other businesses) and came out within an hour and got the drain unclogged even use the camera to show me what was going on inside the sewer line without any extra charge. Thank you again Brandon and team.

Being a first time homeowner is tough! But Brandon and his son were amazing to say the least. Honest professional plumber. Brandon did an excellent job to clean the main drain at my house. Not only that but he also corrected bad work from previous plumber when he put the toilet back. Called Redi Rooter and they charged me $50 to come in and tell me it will cost me and arm and a leg to fix my issue. Will definitely call Brandon again for any plumbing needs and will refer him to family and friends.

Called Brandon this afternoon to come look at our hot water heater that was leaking. (We saw he had great reviews online AND open until 11pm.) He was able to come right out and help us. It was a last minute call so we werent sure how much he would be able to do but he was so kind and actually replaced our hot water heater. Hes very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Will definitely call again with any issues that may arise! Thank you!

Showed up bright and early. Both the plumber and his assistant showed great respect and rapport. To myself as well as my doggo. Diagnosed and fixed the problem super quick and I'm on with my day. Absolutely recommend.

Brandon did great work and was more than accommodating. I originally had him out to fix a leak in my main sewer line. While he was there he was also kind enough to look at a couple other items that came up unexpectedly. The morning he was due to come out he got an emergency call to another customer. Rather than just pushing my appointment off Brandon was forward thinking and asked to reschedule to an earlier time. I really appreciated Brandon squeezing me in even with higher priority services being requested. I would absolutely recommend him again!

Called him on a whim because we had had trouble with our dishwasher installation. Home Depot had tried to deliver twice and both times had issues so we had been without a dish washer for two months! Called Brandon so we could get a valve replaced and then reschedule our delivery.

He came over shortly after we called to replace the valve, but then offered to install the dishwasher for us too because he had some spare time. He did a great job explaining what he was doing while he was doing it also and we now have a dishwasher and don’t have to worry about the installation company anymore!

When our tank water heater went out I called around to get quotes for converting to a tankless system. Brandon was super responsive and honest about the pros and cons compared to a tank system. He ended up quoting quite a bit less than some of the others I called and got it installed quickly. I will definitely keep his info handy for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Great to work ; timely, reliable, and trustworthy. Another company told me I had to pay thousand of dollars to fix the sewer line, "had to be done." Brandon to the rescue. He came and found an alternative solution that was affordable.

I was very pleased with the results. I called in a panic because our sump pump wasn’t working and that is a bad thing at my house. Brandon was on another assignment but he took my call and returned it later. He made time to come by to see what could be done. He was back early the next morning and installed a new sump pump in record time. Plumb Crazy did a great job unclogging a partially clogged drain in my kitchen. Brandon and Zach were friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They made sure the clog was completely open before putting all the pipes back together and cleaned up any mess completely. Their prices were very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Fixed our toilet which had major issues. Very nice and personable. Where other companies would have raked me over the coals, Brandon did excellent and timely work and at a lower cost. When it comes to families and their toilets, he gives a crap. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
