Very good place to deliver, I was a day late due to equipment issues but they still accepted the load and were very professional and understanding.

Website says they sell to homeowners but could not purchase a limit control switch without a hvac license, this is a common maintenance item. Im sure theyre good friends with the pros.

Bought a water heater here and received what I feel like was very good customer service. The folks at the counter were knowledgeable and pleasant and the price was very reasonable for the unit we bought compared to other locations. They have a lot of accessories and decor there too. We plan on coming back.

CHRISTOPHER at this location it rude & sucks don’t recommend talking to him !! Tim and Eli in receiving are so helpful & nice ….for my flatbeds they have overnight parking on the side on the building follow delivery sign….open around 6:30am & finish receiving around 4-4:30ish . Give Eli a heads up for which he is PM receiver but don’t talk to Christopher he’ll lie about the times to drivers and is rude !

Hostile environment, had my breaking point today when dude told me garbage disposal was 160 and they are 89 at the tap. Always redirecting me nobody wants to do their job. This store is tied to west Locke supply for worst customer service in the plumbing industry for no reason.
