Had my water heater start bite the dust and start leaking on a Saturday. They sent out Devin Self who did a great job checking it out and getting everything swapped out that Monday morning. Cost was about what I expected. Nothing to complain about. Would be happy to have him out for future plumbing work.

Devin came out as soon as possible to help with our hot water tank it's was a friday evening after 5 he figured out the problem and came out the next morning to put it in at 8 AM so happy i called Reddi

Reddi charges much higher prices than smaller companies and their pricing is questionable. The charge for Hot water Heater and Sump installation was $3200. No Supplies or Labor break down. Price checking on line the HW heater shouldve cost $1000 and Sump pump $400. Do the math… $1800 for labor??? Hmmm. Im doing business elsewhere next time.

Add then come out and level and fix my main double garage door. Install new Springs now it's quiet and it seals almost completely up.

I have used Reddi for many of my needs from water heater installation, lawn treatments, sprinkler repair, and most recently, air conditioner maintenance and diagnostics. Every technician has been great, respectful, and kind. Most recently, Kenneth Baty inspected and maintained my AC system. He responded quickly, was very professional, and walked me through all of the work he performed. As always, a great experience.

Our service tech, Jeremy, was outstanding and to say he was very contientious is an understatement. He did a great job of diagnosing the issue and went above and beyond in fixing the issue correctly. I'd have no problem calling Reddi again for any future maintenance issues or home repairs.

We have a dual hot water heater system that went down Monday morning. Blaine was out by 1:00 that same day, and arranged to come change them out first thing the next morning. He took time to attempt to reignite the pilot lights, answer my many questions, and gave us options and quick solutions. A true, knowledgeable professional. Highly recommend!

CROOKS- They came to my home, claimed they cleaned my sewers. They used a camera and informed me I would be getting the pictures. I call today and the lady on the phone tells me that I wasn't charged for the camera so they would have to come out ans redo the camera to charge me. I paid almost $500 and they want me to pay more for pictures they took of my sewer lines. Nothing but CROOKS. Don't use them. They did nothing.

Very satisfied with the help Reddi provided. They cleared out our main line from tree roots. Apparently, this needs to be done about every 5 years. We will call again in the future. They provided fast, friendly and prompt service.
