Robert and Derrick do awesome work . 5 stars isn't enough. I'd give them a 10.
They explain every step so I know exactly what they are doing and why.
I have been using them for a better part of 3 years and they have never disappointed.
I will continue to use them and I will continue recommending then to anyone and everyone that needs heating and cooling work done .

On the first day of a cold snap our heater decided it was also taking a snow day. Bowers answered right away and came out same day. Our technician, Robert H, was great! He came in and pulled out these booties to keep the floors clean which I appreciated. He was very friendly and worked fast. He took pictures of everything and explained it all so I could understand. We will definitely be using you guys again!

Bowers Plumbing came to me highly recommended. They did not disappoint! Great experience! Micky Everitt was the plumber that came to our home. He was professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done and answered any questions. He installed several new faucets and repaired toilets that were running. Also installed new toilet seats.

Quick response time! Cody and Nathan were very courteous and explained everything they were going to do to me. And gave me a heads up about some of the reasons my hot water heater quit working. They left absolutely no mess for me to clean up! Very impressed with the service I received.

Derek came out to look at our Heatilator fireplace insert that had stopped working. He found and fixed the problem in a matter of a few minutes, but what really impressed us was not only his attention to detail but the careful way he approached his task taking photo notes as he progressed to ensure reassemblyq would go smoothly. He also did a great job cleaning up. We were so impressed that we had him perform a check of our furnace while he was here.

Cody was very informative, thorough, friendly and clean! He dealt with the issue I called for (changing out reverse osmosis filters), checked on my water softener and found an issue with how it is functioning (it is still under warranty so could have just ignored it since it was no money out of my pocket), repaired the issue with water softener and is coming back for a courtesy visit to recheck that everything is working as expected. My kiddo was home sick and Cody was super nice to him and even spoke some gaming with him (something I have no clue about). All around great experience. I have been very impressed with everyone at Bowers. I don’t really know how they compare with pricing but when it comes to plumbing - I want the best.

Cody was knowledgeable, helpful, considerate, and professional throughout their time at our house. The installation was fast and painless. No one ever likes to spend money on their plumbing, but if you’re going to have to, Bowers is a great company to work with and Cody was a fantastic representative! Will continue to highly recommend Bowers as a company, and Cody as an installation expert!

Dynamic Duo!! I had the privilege of being assigned Eric F & Daniel as my technicians. Upon entering my residence, I was greeted with professionalism and smiles. They asked opened ended questions to ensure that the service that I requested was correct. After confirmation, they would began the job by explaining to me what was going to happen and why the issue was caused. After I agreed, they began. I felt confident in their abilities so I sat back and observed the magic. As they worked, we would small chat about music, family and home repairs. I was so excited that my issue was resolved!!!! Thanks again Gentlemen.

I had Robert come to my home and repair my furnace, he immediately diagnosed the problem and explained in detail what it would take to repair it. He also did an excellent job of explaining how important routine service is and guided me towards a service plan to save me money but ensure much needed service for my HVAC system. He went out of his way but most of all he was extremely patient and a very nice gentleman.

Completely disappointed in this company. I called for pricing ahead of time. $75 svc charge to come out. Gave a 3 hour time span and then called me 1.5 hours before my appt time. I rush home from work and am met by 2 younger men, who are apparently fresh out of plumbing school. They checked a few things and couldn't figure it out, but then told me before they continued on with the repair, they would give me an estimate for the repair. They quoted me $400 to repair my faucet, or I could go buy a new one and they would put it in for $398. I just told them to get out. They had no idea what was wrong or how to fix. They were in my house for no more than 15-20 minutes. Unreal. Absolutely unreal. $75.00 for 15 min and no answer to my problem.

We called at 2:35pm on a Friday and Bowers was able to get out to us within 2 hours. Brian B was able to have our problem fixed by 5pm, both techs were professional and just really great to work with all around. I would highly recommend!

The work was fine, but the price was not; $2400 for a hot water heater, and they quoted me $227 for a new toilet handle, I passed on that & my stepdad did it in 5 minutes. If my water heater wasn't leaking that day I would've got more quotes, but they were available within a couple of hours. They also scratched my wall in 2 places removing the old water heater (I admit it's a tight space). Would probably use again but would get quotes from other companies first if not an emergency.

At first I was hesitant about the price since I'm on Social Security only. After thinking about it and asking a friend's son that lives in Lawrence Ks. and owns a plumbing service, he said I got a good price for the work and time they took. I appreciate the fact that the plumbers went above and beyond to do the job. They did a great job and I will use them again and refer them to friends and family. Thank you Bowers!!

Outstanding Service from Eric & Zach!

I originally called Bowers Plumbing to have a shower valve replaced, but after talking through everything with Eric and Zach, we decided it was the perfect time to update my main water valve as well. I’m so glad we did. These two were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient—answering every question I had without rushing or glossing over anything.

Not only did they complete the job quickly and with great care, but they also went above and beyond by giving my whole house a thorough inspection. Their attention to detail and willingness to explain what they were seeing made me feel confident and informed the entire time.

Eric and Zach are exactly the kind of technicians you hope show up at your door. I’ll absolutely use Bowers Plumbing again if I ever need anything in the future.

Very happy with the service of Bowers Plumbing. We had a water heater fail on a Thursday night before a weekend cold front and they were able to send Cody out for an estimate and get the new one installed (I have forgotten the second gentleman's name but they were both friendly and personable) same day. Our existing set up is dimensionally challenging but they got it done in very good time and reasonable cost.

I am so happy with Bowers Plumbing. The guys were on time and they were very professional. They stayed after it trying to figure out our no water problem to our mobile home. They kept me informed of what they were doing and the price instead of just doing the work and surprising me with the price. I am so glad I took the chance and called them. Brian Bonilla and the other guy(I'm sorry I forgot his name) were provided excellent service!!

Our plumbing back sewage up all over our basement, which includes two of our main living areas, Tuesday afternoon. By Wednesday morning, they were out here to work on it. The technicians were incredibly friendly and happy to explain what they were doing, show us pictures, and walk us through the process. We’ll absolutely use them again. Just an update to note that our technicians were Zach and Eric!

I called Bowers Plumbing to get a quote to install four bathroom faucets. They would not give me a quote over the phone. All the other wonderful plumbers I called were happy to provide a quote over the phone. Bowers Plumbing wanted $75 just to provide a quote. Can you image calling someone to give you a quote to mow your yard or clean your windows and they told you they would charge you $75 just to provide a quote? Laughable. I have several plumbing projects I need done in the coming weeks. I will not use Bowers under any circumstances. Google says there are over 500 plumbers in greater Wichita. They are a dime a dozen. Call someone other than Bowers who will give you a quote over the phone for something as simple as replacing four bathroom faucets. This is not rocket science. Attention owners of Bowers: Do not reply with some blah, blah, blah response. In my opinion you are over priced and there are many great plumbers in Wichita that offer a lot better.

From scheduling to the actual repair, everything went smoothly. Eric and David were polite, professional, and respectful of my home. They cleared explained the repair needed and kept me informed along the way. Glad to have my shower drain fixed. I really appreciate the quality of their work and will definitely use this company again.
