Appointmentfor 2:30 PM arrived at 4:30 PM. I had kitchen faucet installed. I provided the faucet and supply lines. Shutoffs were leaking so they provided them. One hour later $321. I will never use this company again.
The review response is ridiculous. You didn't over charge because someone else over charges more? You literally just admitted you charged $100 to screw two shutoffs onto the waterlines you were already charged to attach.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and quick service we got on a Saturday. I called and Brendon showed up in less than two hours. He diagnosed the problem and had us fixed in no time. He was courteous and followed up on the service. Very grateful for their service.

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company! Brendan was wonderful to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. I needed someone to scope the septic system at our RV park, and not being a septic expert myself, I wasn’t sure what to ask for. Brendan understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish and guided me through the process.

The job ended up requiring more time and effort than I originally anticipated, but Brendan handled it with professionalism and ensured everything was completed perfectly.

Their communication is top-notch — I never had to chase anyone down for updates, and they responded quickly every time. Not only did they get the job done promptly, but their pricing is also incredibly reasonable! I highly recommend them and will definitely reach out again for any future work!

We had a kitchen faucet with pull-down sprayer that for a couple of years has been putting out less and less water. We called Premier Plumbing. Brendon showed up much quicker than we expected. He quickly diagnosed the problems which involved replacing the faucet. He purchased the new faucet and then got to work removing the old faucet and installing the new one. Brendon was courteous and very professional, and explained the breakdown of the charges on the invoice to ensure we knew exactly what we were paying for. We have used other plumbers, but never had the level of service Brendon has provided. Premier Plumbing will be our go to plumber from now on. We highly recommend them.

A year ago my water heater started to leak and needed to be replaced. Brandon with Premier Plumbing came out the same day to assess the issue and had it fully replaced the next day.
Earlier this year my parents had the same issue and again Brandon came out that same day and had it replaced the very next day. Recently my tub wasn't draining properly and yet again Brandon came to my rescue, and had it fixed in record time.

Being a single female you never know if you're being taken advantage of when it comes to service, price, or safety. While working with Premier Plumbing I never felt that way.
Every time I worked with Brandon he was always polite, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He always communicated to let me know when he was on his way, what the issue was, how he'd fix it, and what the price would be beforehand so there were no surprises. The price was always reasonable and I felt we received great value for the money spent.

Chris came out and handled a dirty job with a lot of professionalism. He also fixed the problem without his first--and only--suggestion being "well, we're gonna hafta dig up your yard and see how much pipe needs replaced" as a previous plumbing company had said. Needless to say, I'm glad I sent them home and waited to get another opinion. Premier took care of the issue and gave me fair pricing for the work.
