Called Bowers to clear a blocked sewer main at my new house, as they came highly recommended for bigger jobs. Other plumbers told me the line probably needed to be replaced. Justin responded the same day I called in the request, they were able to clean the line with a bigger snake cable and inspect the line and clear it for service, avoiding major repairs the other guys were suspecting. Bowers made me a lifetime customer as long as they keep up this kind of good service!

We recently had a leaky pipe in our basement. We called Bowers and they were able to fix our pipe the same day. They also noted several other pipes that were ready to leak in the same way. All in all they fixed what needed to be fixed and helped with preventive issues. We had great service from Taylor, Ebuka and Trevor. Great to work with, very efficient, cleaned up the area. Had some plumbing work done on my bathtub because the handle broke off due to the insert completely disintegrating because it was made of cheap garbage. Water shot out like a fire hose when it broke and completely flooded the bathroom while I was trying to give my baby a bath. I decided it was time to call a professional because nowhere in town could get me all the replacement parts I would need for at least 4 business days and we had to turn off the main water line to stop the flood so we had no running water. When Justin Dewan arrived he was extremely professional and presented me with 3 different ways we could go about fixing it. He didn't pressure me into any specific decisions like some other companies I have delt with in the past. He did magnificent work cutting through the old tile to gain access to remove the remaining junk hardware and installed a new faucet, insert, handle, and cover plate that looks even better than it did before. Called first thing in the morning and we were able to get it fixed same day.
10/10 would highly recommend!

We had a slow leak that needed to be fixed quickly. Bowers Plumbing was able to send out Brian and a helper very quickly. Brian explained everything clearly and gave us quotes for the work we wanted done plus options for a couple other things he found that he recommended fixing. Brian did the work quickly and did a great job!

I am a returning customer and am glad to continue my association with Reddi Industries. Ken came out to resolve some issues with my water source heat pump installation. He was prompt and friendly and quickly put together the correction plan. He completed everything in a timely fashion and explained everything he did at the end of the job. We are more than happy with the unit we purchased and Reddi's support after the sale. Thanks Ken!

Daniel is a Wichita Superstar💐💐He went above and beyond when repairing my electricity in January 2025. If I have anyone talking to me about having some electrical repairs on their home I tell them to call Reddi and to ask for Daniel. This dude is seriously experienced, professional and dependable. I would not recommended Reddi plumbing to anyone. The technician they sent out told me that he couldn’t locate a leak in my crawl space and that it must be in the wall somewhere or in the ground, and recommended someone coming out with a thermal camera and basically gave up. Then I got a bill for $200 just for the drive out..
I called a local plumber and they were able to locate and repair the leak in a couple hours. Take my advice, call a professional and not people that don’t care enough to solve your problems like these guys.

With all the rain we had been getting lately my sump pump decided it was time to quit...luckily Reddi dispatched Blaine Stinchcomb to my house and he was able to get a new one installed and water flowing out of the house again before the basement turned into a pool. Very professional, after work was done even stuck around and did a courtesy check of the rest of my plumbing to make sure there were no other issues. Can't recommend enough. Thanks!

Dana came out to fix our dryer and was able to squeeze us in his busy schedule since my husband and I are going out of town. He was quick, efficient, and was able to fix our dryer same day. I was a little stressed since my mom is staying with the kids and I wanted them to be able to use the dryer so he ended up getting the part and coming back to help out. He was kind and gave me a couple tips for the dryer and the washer as well! I highly recommend and appreciate him squeezing us in!

Ben came out to my house after 5pm to fix my AC. He was kind, courteous, and professional. He walked me through what went wrong and fixed it the same day! He even went above and beyond by helping me with a small issue I had right next to where he was working. He genuinely cares is very knowledgeable. I will be calling again if I ever have an issue!

Can't thank our technician David Furlong (Dave) enough for the work he did getting the A/C back up and running. He was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, couldn't be happier with my experience using Reddi, put in a service request at 3am via the website, and Dave had the house cooling again that same morning.

Kenneth was absolutely fantastic! After calling in he arrived within 30 minutes and had my AC unit back up and running within 20 minutes of arriving! I wouldn't call anyone else for heating or AC issues!

The septic system was backing up. They came out to inspect and take pictures to supposedly create an estimate. They cleaned it out but never offered an estimate, even after multiple phone calls to inquire.

Easy to schedule with and does great work. I appreciate that they send the name and photo of your worker before they arrive. Very safety minded!
