FIX YOUR HOURS ONLINE. Drove 2 hours to get electrical components because it says "Closes at 5pm"

The employee behind the counter was lazy and totally unwilling to help me find a couple of fittings.

Horrible customer service. Would not let us exchange or get a credit on a brand new manifold that broke during installation.

Worst customer service in Wichita! They act like they're doing you a favor by letting you spend money with them.

Lady at the front had an attitude when I asked if they had a part, turns out they don't sell it to people unless their licensed hvac, do yourself a favor and go down the street to Grainger

EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. DIDNT EVEN TRY!!! I have been to lowes, home depot, and grainger and everyone is helpful trying to see if they have the part I need. Called Locke on the way a nice guy was helpful on the phone, said "come in we'll look" walked in the guy didn't even look at the piece I had brought in before saying "we have a universal one" i said "I've tried it and its too small" he said "without knowing the part number we can't help you" i brought the piece in to show him, and without even looking at it he just shook his head no.... how unprofessional and unhelpful. We run a business down the street and buy lots of parts from the surrounding businesses and we will NOT be back to Locke. (By the way, the piece was a simple toilet flapper!)

I would give 0 stars if I could. By far THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I've been here a few times and tried to give the people the benefit of the doubt, maybe they had a bad day I don't know. But, the lady behind the counter acted like it was a burden to help me (she acts this way every time I come in) and the guys behind the counter just stood there instead of trying to help. I rather spend twice as much somewhere else than EVER spend a penny at this place. The people that work here are just plain RUDE. Thank you for my horrible customer experience! I shared this experience with my coworkers and they said they don't shop there for the same reasons so apparently it's just normal there for them to treat paying customers like trash.

Very frustrating interaction, came into the store looking for some assistance. Without finishing my thought, the man behind the counter suggested I go to ACE hardware.

Never have had any luck in this store. Thought I would give them another shot for a simple bath tub fixture I could not find at Lowe’s. One guy I asked for help asked me a question I didn’t know the answer to he walked away from me and didn’t help. Some young kid then told me he could order it. I can do that on my one for half the cost!

Employees are rude and god forbid you ask them if they have a part in stock.

Had about 30 interactions with this west location since I’ve been a plumber none were good. The two oldest women and man always telling me they don’t have it without checking, staring at me like I spoke Spanish. So rude for no reason it’s rubbing off on their younger coworkers, when I bring a good attitude. I don’t even know make the trip to 13th and Oliver if you’re shopping at the Locke they are beyond beautiful over there compared to these guys.
