They were here early & Tyler let me know what was going to happen. When Tyler ran into any concerns he would get with me. They had me do a walk around to see if there was any concerns. Tyler & crew did an Awesome job! Thank you. I would recommend Bowers Plumping to any one.

Let me just start by saying I will NEVER call anyone else. First off, we had to do a major foundation repair along the wall where all of my utilities come into the house. Because of that we had to have all of the plumbing and hvac disconnected and removed and then replaced. We got multiple quotes from different companies and bowers was by far the best option for all of it! And they did an AMAZING job! They made such good timing and were so precessional and kind! Shortly after this we had some issues with our very old toilet. I called 15 minutes before they closed but when they heard that it was our only toilet in the house they found a tech willing to come out and help. We ended up getting a new toilet from them because you just can’t beat the warranty they offer! Fast forward to today, I had a terrible day at work just to come home to issues with our bathtub spout (which I was aware of and trying to fix) and a toilet that was overflowing. Overwhelmed and in tears, I called bowers and they sent out Richard, the same tech that installed my new toilet. He came in and fixed it within minutes. He then proceeded to give me pointers and help me with the spout I was struggling with and told me how to finish it. I am genuinely thankful for his kindness today after a terrible day and coming home to two things I couldn’t fix really was taking a toll on me. It’s nice being treated like a person that needs a little help and not just a customer. I will forever be loyal to Bowers for everything they have done for me and my family.

Robert H did an amazing job! He was able to come early and had my heater up and running before the scheduled appointment time! He was also very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the issues to me.

Bowers met with me and we agreed on what needed to be done to replace the faucets in my bathroom shower. They had been installed over 50 years ago and this was not a small job. My big concern was to not damage the tile in the bathroom. Everything was done exactly as agreed-upon. Richard and his helper are total professionals. Good work does not come cheap, Bowers is a real company with qualified employees doing real work the way it should be done.

We just had our 14 year old furnace replaced by Randy. We had to wait a day or so for the service due to holiday, but Derek left us with some space heaters to hold us over which we really appreciated! There was some poor DIY work left behind by the previous owner. Randy spent the extra time to rebuild the coils from scratch. Everything is working great and our home is warm and cozy again for the winter! We're always happy with the service received from Bowers for both HVAC and/or plumbing! Highly recommend!

Fantastic service, Bowers was fast, cost effective, and they did a great job replacing our water heater. They were out the same day and completed the work in less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend this company.

Technician was great! Fixed all my plumbing issues. Shower Cartridge, changed faucet and fixed 2 dripping faucets. He was professional and courteous. Every time he went outside, he made sure to close the door instead of letting it close on its own. Very important as we have cats. He didn't leave any mess and got all my problems repaired. I 💯 recommend and I will only use Bowers from now on. Thank you very much!

Surprised same service doubled in price in 2-3 years. But, everything is expensive today’s world. The service was great and would give Mickey 5 out of 5. He was able to show me exactly what was going on through camera. Very helpful with questions I had, worked hard, and positive on job site. Thanks. Price doubling in 2-3 years kept from 5 stars.

While installing anew kitchen faucet, the hot water valve failed and caused hot water to GUSH like crazy. I needed to have a repair done on the valve right away. I called Bowers Plumbing in Wichita and the nice lady on the phone listened and said she would see what could be done.

In a few minutes she said that a technician named Taylor would be out in about two hours. I got a text and phone call from Taylor saying he was on the way.

Taylor arrived in a Bowers Truck as clean as you like. Taylor evaluated my problem and said he could make the repairs in short order.

Taylor was very professional and his plumbing expertise was obvious. He replaced both the hot and cold valves and had my water running in very short order.

I really appreciate when a company does what they say they will do, and then send an extremely competent and polite technician to do the work required.

The staff that I met with were consistently knowledgeable and very approachable. My sewer repair near the city mainline sewer was complicated. The break area had 60 foot plus cottonwood trees, growing up around the city manhole and my service attachment.
. The break in my sewer line and attachment point was replaced quickly and expertly…. Their cooperation with a tree removal service was smooth and uneventful.

The first tech misdiagnosed the furnace problem, failing to listen to my description of the issue. A 2nd tech was sent after I complained to the manager. This tech quickly & properly confirmed the true issue and got it running again. Very impressed with him.
He also confirmed there was nothing wrong with the part the first tech said was defective.

Wyatt and Andrew came to install my new furnace, air bear cabinet, and scorpion light. They did a fantastic job and explained things well. It seems every time Bower Heating or Plumbing is here, I learn something about my house that I didn’t know, and I’m certainly not complaining! Always stellar service and very kind employees! I highly recommend!

I have given a previous 5 star review of Bowers plumbing. I will always use them for plumbing projects due to their excellent work and prompt response. This time it was a bar sink install that I thought I could DIY it. Wrong! Moving forward I will just call immediately when a plumbing issue arises. This stainless steel bar sink is 15 x 15 but not cast iron circa 1992 that just dropped in and was sealed. It has brackets on each side with big screws that needed installed. It could not fit in the hole already there. Some demolition was needed and of course securing the brackets. Justin came at 8:30 am Monday after I left an email/text on their website Saturday evening when I knew I would not have the skill or tools to complete the project. I told them I’d like to get it done before Thanksgiving if possible but I was prepared to not have that happen. Low and behold I get a phone call at 7:40 am
Monday and by 8:30 Justin had arrived and by 10:45 the project was complete! Our bar renovation is now finished. Was absolutely ecstatic that it was complete. I love Bowers plumbing competence and best of all their quick response and customer service. I “again” highly recommend Bowers plumbing for their competency and great results but most of all the quick response/customer service is phenomenal. Thank you Bowers Plumbing.

Bowers Plumbing made the experience very easy to get some plumbing maintenance taken care of at our house. They did a full assessment to help me understand what was needed and then walked through different options with pricing to pick what would be helpful to take care of right now and what would be important to get done in the future. I don't plan on using anybody else for our plumbing needs.

Best service in 15 years! Very professional. Punctual. Sent a photo ID ahead of the visit. Changed water heater right on the spot within one visit. Wore shoe coverings and laid out canvas over the carpet and the basement floor. Answered all my questions and showed me owner’s maintenance items.

As always Bowers plumbing did not disappoint. We called them today because our water heater went out Sunday and home warranty was suppose to be here yesterday. We got tired of waiting so we called Bowers. They have replaced a water heater and installed two outdoor faucets I will continue to keep doing business with them and definitely refer them to someone with plumbing issues. Scheduling an appointment was fast and no hassle. I made the appointment request on the website and the plumber arrived the next afternoon. We found our water heater had a leak at 10pm. Emailed them sometime during the night. They responded quickly and came out the following day. Cody noted the issues, gave us direct answers and figured out a solution. The job got done under 3 hours but easily could have been done faster but we wanted a certain gallon size which they promptly went to pick up. They didn't mind a toddler with a million questions and even got a scare from our cat. Great overall experience.
