My seller client had a leak in the main water line. A plumbing company was sent out via the home warranty company and they were pretty much a waste of time and money. I contacted Jaime the next morning and they were out to the house before noon. Saul spent a lot of time searching for the leak and didn't give up until he found it. Both Jaime and Saul went over and above with repairing the line and the seller and I were very impressed with them. We can't say enough about how professional and courteous they were. Great attitudes as well. We were so thankful and I will definitely use them again.

I was having issues with my bathroom sink and tub not draining water very well. I contacted them on Facebook and not only got a call from them within the hour, but they sent someone out within that hour as well. The guy fixed the problem within an hour and was such a kind soul and smiley the entire time. I truly appreciate his work and help. I definitely recommend this company!

Scheduled a quote with Dana and she sent Jamie out to assess my damage, quoted me on the spot with city permit and inspection. Very professional on time and did an excellent job installing a new gas line from the meter to all appliances. JM plumbing understood my need to have a quick turnaround as this property was a rental and my tenant was displaces due to not having heat in the house. From the 1st call nothing short of integrity and quality. Will be using on all future plumbing needs!! Thank you!!!

JM Plumbing will be my go to plumber from now on. I contacted them first thing this morning and Jamie had me on standby for the same day and called me to let me know he was on his way. It didn’t take him very long to sort the problem out (blocked tub drain) and the charge was very reasonable. Love doing business with you.

Found this place through Google. They had a high stars rating, so I called. They answered the first time I called and quoted close to half the price a few other large companies were quoting to have someone out the next day. We had a plastic object flushed and blocking the toilet line. It wasn't an emergency. The next day they called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Two men showed up in a marked company vehicle. They identified themselves at the door and put booties on before coming in. They listened as I explained what was clogged in the line and asked questions. They explained what they were going to do and the possible outcomes (getting it out or pushing it to the main line). They re-stated the price again before they started the work. They cleared the line with the auger and checked the main line outside for good flow as well. Once complete they had me flush the toilet and confirm it was working the way I expected. He was friendly and smiled a lot when talking. Then he brought in the work order paperwork, accepted payment and provided a copy. They were nice to my dogs. Will definitely keep their card on my fridge for future needs. Highly recommended!

I noticed water on my carpet in basement over holiday weekend. I looked online, noticed great reviews on 24 emergency service for JM Plumbing LLC. When I called at dinner time, my call was answered immediately. Saul was dispatched to my home within an hour and he took care of the needed repair. He was polite, professional and we are so thankful for JM Plumbing's help and service. Very reasonable price.

Called them last night, wasn't an emergency but they were out here 1st thing today !! I have used them before and was impressed by their service and prices. They have worked with my sons on both of their homes. I give their name and number out when I hear people talk about needing a plumber.

We gave JM Plumbing a call when we got into a plumbing project too big for us to finish on our own. These guys saved the day and did great work. Saul was friendly, professional and immediately assessed the problem and gave a solution. When the project required more parts then what we already had, he wrote directed us to everything we needed and once received, he was back to the house to finish the job. Great guy and excellent work. Would definitely recommend and use again.

JM helped us in a bind. They were very professional and responsive when we had a sump pump issue. They were to our home and fixed in two hours during a busy time. The technician Greg was very kind and knowledgeable, providing us options for a fix and explaining the scenarios. Will definitely use JM Plumbing in the future.

They came over mid-December due to a sewer back up. They picked up the phone afterhours. They were on time, professional, friendly, fairly priced, and knowledgeable. Called many companies for 24/7 emergency main line drain clog LATE last night, and was happy to get an answer from a very nice dispatcher. Tech was there within time frame. Price was reasonable. Respectfully wore shoe covers (even the dolly wheels) and cleaned up everything great after service was done. Returned this morning to put correct size wax ring back on toilet. Would give more stars if it would let me. Will use them again in future, and highly recommend. Thank you JM Plumbing.

Jaime and his crew were practically immediate in their response to my sewer line needing to be cleared and partially replaced. They were friendly, completely professional, and what I appreciated most was their excellent communication and keeping me apprised of the work and my options every step of the way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

JM plumbing just finished repairing my water line going to my Kitchen sink. Saul did a great job. He was very friendly and knew what he need to do and got the job done right. He even took extra time to make sure that the line was straight the one he replaced was not. I would highly recommend them for your pluming needs.

We had a Sunday afternoon emergency, broke the outside faucet off the water pipe while cleaning out the front flowerbed. JM Plumbing arrived when he said he would, professionally assessed the situation which involved 70 year old galvanized pipe, and gave us several options. We are so very grateful for the expert service we received and highly recommend JM Plumbing.

They are very nice and I appreciated that they were willing to explain the issue, not just what is wrong but why it is wrong. They were quick to fix the problem and very affordable. I have already recommended them to family and if I unfortunately have another plumbing issue in the future I know who I will be calling.
