A great company with awesome employees. Professional and knowledgeable friendly and willing to answer our questions. So considerate of our home and not tracking in snow. They put in our tankless water system in one day . We have used them in two different homes for water line repairs. The bid was for and accurate. Thank you David and crew.

Had multiple plumbers out to fix plumbing. Lies Plumbing finally got the job done.

I would steer clear of David Lies plumbing. They came to my house to fix my sump pump. It was malfunctioning and raining outside. The plumber that came took the check valve off and then my house flooded. He was informed of the setup with our house and connections to our neighbors house and yet that did not give him pause. As a result, my entire basement flooded. He later lied about the fact that he was informed ahead of time how the system was set up, and lied to his superiors about that as well as lied on the invoice that the check valve was already cracked. It was not. At first they made it sound like they were going to take care of some of the damage but then we were informed we needed to file a claim. We did. We paid our deductible in full, as well as the invoice to them that was more than DOUBLE their original quote. Mr. Lies came out to my house and appeared apologetic and cooperative but in the end did nothing. I was without half of my house for almost a month, and paid over $2,500 for a sump replacement and extensive damage cleanup. Additionally, he said he would provide me with a quote to burry the enormous sump line out to our city drain but that was weeks ago and I haven't heard a word from him. Poor work, no integrity, and poor customer service. 10/10 don't recommend.

Wow. I absolutely recommend this plumbing business. They kindly came to the rescue when I called on a Friday afternoon. The receptionist, Vickie, was incredibly kind and was able to confirm the availability of a technician within minutes. Jeremy, the technician, was knowledgeable, honest, professional, thorough, and efficient. He covered all bases to ensure an accurate diagnosis for our water leak, even though I was an add-on to his Friday. Thank you, David Lies Plumbing! We will be using your services for the foreseeable future!

Wesley was very professional and our new faucets look fantastic. Later had a leak (caused by an issue in the past; not the faucet install) which he came back the next business day and took care of same day, preventing a possible future catastrophe. Very thorough service and trust David Lies Plumbing with all our plumbing needs.

Did a rebuild on my toilet. Did a great job. Very friendly, skilled and professional staff. I used them before at home and at the Church and will use them again in the future for my plumbing needed.

They installed our water system. Excellent work, fair price, and good people. They answered all of our questions and were very patient with us.

Our water line broke in the early morning hours between the main and our house. I called David Lies Plumbing before 8:00 AM, and they sent Wesley out. He shut off the water at the main, reported the severity of the break to Evan Lies, and was able to come back with Jake around noon. They were able to dig down, fix the break, and restore our water service that day. Two days later, Wesley and Matt backfilled the hole and fixed the issues with toilets and faucets caused by the break, All three employees were good as gold. The work was performed efficiently and everything was explained to us as it was done. We got the bill, and we're pleasantly surprised with the total. We have used David Lies Plumbing multiple times over the past thirty years, and have never been disappointed. We will be using them in the future, too. They are an outstanding company.

Customer service was EXCELLENT! I was very impressed with the technician who came to fix our sewer lift pump, Extremely professional, knowledgeable and completed the job quickly. The phone call to set up the appointment, they were also knowledgeable, able to give us a rough estimate (the problem was known when we called, the lift had to be replaced) and professional. They were out the next morning, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything to me. I was extremely impressed and will Highly recommend them to anyone.

While we didn’t use their services (replace water heater) they were very helpful. They were able to diagnose the problem via pictures and a phone call. Gave us options and suggestions. They could have had us “fix” the problem and then later on had us fix it again and replace our water heater but they were upfront on the solution. While we haven’t replaced our water heater we definitely will when we can afford it. Thank you for your upfront honesty.

Had a tankless water heater installed. I originally planned to do it myself after realizing my water heater was almost 20yrs old, but after researching it I figured my best bet was to let the pros do it. They came out when promised, installed it, and whisked away the old heavy ticking time bomb and all I had to do was write a check. Very professional, prompt, polite, and clean. Would highly recommend. It would have probably taken me at least 2 days and renting tools I don't own to I stall it. They were done in a couple of hours.

I live in an older home, and knew I had several plumbing issues that needed fixed. I called David Lies Plumbing and really appreciated the time Vickie spent with me on the phone prior to the service call. She scheduled enough time to make sure all the issues I decided to have fixed/repaired could be completed. They sent Bob out to help me, and he was great! He quickly and expertly diagnosed all my issues, and told me exactly what would be required to fix them, which I really appreciated. When Bob was done, everything worked like new! Did a great job would hire David Lies to do my next job!

I have been using David Lies Plumbing for years. They are trustworthy and they finish the job and clean up after themselves. Their ability to handle a tough job is superb! I called this morning about a sewer backup and they were here a couple hours later and are already finished! They have installed my water heater another time and various other plumbing issues. I highly recommend them!

Kyle was the young man they came to my door and was very kind and polite before entering. He changed out my bathroom faucet and added new shut offs and was very careful in all that he did. He was very friendly and professional. Cleaned up as he was doing his job which I like very much. I will use this company again. Give them a try and they was very reasonably priced.

Been getting the run around, was told they would be out today no time given so I call to verify and now it's not until thrusday and they can't give me a time said sometime in the afternoon. I'm only renting or else I'd go else with for my plumbing needs. There's no communication. They sent a guy out last week unprepared for the job, which was a waste of time so now we wait another long week. We have 4kids an 2 adults in the house 2 kids have medical we can't keep waiting an being pushed off to the back burner.....
