Recently bought our home which needed plumbing updates due to age and mineral buildup. Benjamin Franklin (BF) quoted the work and then worked with us to scale it for cost. Between the initial quote and work performed our water heater failed and we called B.F. late in the day for assistance (they showed up late that day) and by 8 p.m. we had hot water. Our technician, Ryder, did a great job and we requested he do the upgraded work we'd been quoted. Recently we had the quoted work completed and again our tech. Ryder, with assistance from Alex, did a great job - all in one day (not an easy task) and we know if there are any post work issues B.F. will be there to honor their warranty and make it right. Great support from good people. Rare in today's world.

We call ben franklin and got an immediate response. The plumbers were there in thirty minutes, figured out the problem, fixed the problem, and charged less than the estimate that I originally chose. Thanks to Seth for his expertise and his honesty.

Following up from a review I posted 4 months ago.

The installation went well. The problems I initially had were just cosmetic and leftover from the mess the previous installers didn't clean up.

However, the attention to details were missed and led to a problem during this recent rainy weather.

The previous team did NOT ensure all parts were tightened appropriately or had the required bonding materials and our water softener is leaking a lot of salt into our drinking water.

As shown below, they did not glue the outside PVC pipes so the sump pump dislodged them over night leading to an erosion of the soil. Thankfully it didn't go anywhere and just made a hole.

They also did not seal up the hole to the outside from the sump and didn't put the insulation back so water leaked into the basement and my child's play room.

We had an emergency short call that same day and Ryan was an amazing technician. He took care of the immediate problems.

Unfortunately the sump pump pipes outside weren't identified until after Ryan left so we did a temporary solution until Benjamin Franklin fixes this.

Ryan himself is an amazing worker. Great attitude, answered all our questions no matter how dumb. And ensured the fixes he could do immediately would last.

The quality and attention to detail could use a lot of work.

I had a number of things to be replaced, and unclogged. The dispatcher called me on time, to let me know that their specialist, was on his way. Ryan L. arrived prepared to get started. He was organized, with a pleasant personality, and attitude. Ryan stayed busy, Getting his work done right on schedule. I highly recommend Ryan and the team at Ben Franklin to do the job right. And, would gladly hire them again, in the future. Thank you 👍🏻

Had a very large job to do as our sewer lines were collapsed to the main sewer system and because it went under two trees, a fence, a tree fort, and two power lines... our only option was to wrench a new pipe through the old one. Ryder ( the tech who came to do the quote) was quick and early as well as very polite. Everyone who worked on our disconnect plumbing line was very polite and even when problems arose they diligently worked to correct them
They even worked after hours to finish the job so it would be done before the rain came.
If I knew their names I could list everyone as being very helpful.... the two who worked late were Nate and Gibson and they even went above and beyond their work.

Our water heater went belly up. After three different plumbers failing to return calls and total unprofessionalism. We called Benjamin Franklin. They did not disappoint. Had someone to our home same day. The guy had the old water heater out and new one in quickly. Ryder Hewitt was awesome. Came right in and went right to work. Ryan is most professional knowledgeable, and trustworthy plumber I have ever ever dealt with in my entire entire life of 47 years knew what the problem was assertively Presented solutions to the problem was very clean and very tidy overall, I would Present him with a gold standard award

Isaiah was super easy to work with and got me scheduled really fast. My new sump pump and garbage disposal are working perfect. The company kept me informed on every step. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

Poor customer service and poor work I had a showered installed via a builder and it was not leveled properly and two years later no fix from them

These guys are amazing! They had a new water heater installed within 5 hours of my call at 3am. Aaron couldn't have been any better either. Very prompt and professional. He also followed up on the work to make sure all was good! Will use them for anything I need. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

They were quick to get out to our house, explained what work needed completed and were able to do the work right then. They took time to lay tarps on our stairs down to the basement and took off their shoes. This care for our house makes all the difference in knowing I could trust them to do a good job and actually do the work. After the work on our sump pump was completed, they demonstrated both the primary pump and water powered back ups for me. The cleaned up really well after they were done. I felt comfortable with them being in our home when it was just my toddler and I at home with them. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family.

Aaron was very helpful and explained what happened to my outdoor faucet and explained exactly what needed to be done. I thought since it was dark that it would have to wait until another day, but Aaron grabbed a flash light and went into the crawl space,😵‍💫, with no hesitation. The pipe and faucet was fixed in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be referring my friends.

Great experience from start to finish! Helpful during the initial phone call. Quoted price and scheduled same day service. Plumber was friendly, answering my questions and cleaned up after the installation. They also followed up a day or two later making sure all was going well.

Plumbing solutions installed the plumbing at our newly built home. When we ran into a minor issue after moving in they came out quickly and resolved the problem with no charge. Aaron was very courteous and communicated with my wife and I every step of the way. Everything was taken care of professionally and he cleaned up after himself. I will use them in the future when we finish our bonus room and bathroom.

I called Plumbing Solutions of Wichita because our Garbage disposal died and I had a sink that didn't drain well. The appointment was easy to setup and they kept me updated on any changes they needed to make as soon as they knew. When Aaron got here he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helped me understand the situation with my garbage disposal and slow draining sink with ease. He had the garbage disposal swapped and installed and the sink blockage cleared so fast! I will absolutely be calling them again for my other plumbing projects.
