Had work done 6 months or so ago they assured us all was fixed. Come to find out they didnt seal one of our showers right and now I have a major leak and water damage because of it. Company isn't willing to cover costs for all repairs even tho its there techs fault. According to the tech who came out the tech who messed up isn't even working for the company anymore. Says alot if he was fired my house should be fixed 100% at Benjamin Franklins expense.. nope im just screwed. Do not use them u will end up paying more in the long run. Just to update got a estimate and looks like they may have to demolish my whole bathroom because of this plus my floors. Which leaves me and my husband without our main bath which is our only one disability friendly bathroom for us. We r both disabled me knee issues and him veteran hurt serving our country. Update Nov 4th been over a week since this incident happened and still no one has reached out they owe us compensation for this and wont own up to what their tech did.

I had a simple leaky shower faucet and need the shower handle stems replaced. To just show up was $50, over $200 diagnostic it, and I would have save an additional $200 if the part was on the truck. And of course it wasn’t. They came in a took the stems off in like 5 mins. To do that they had to shut my water off and head to the shop. It took them over 1 hr to go there and back. So I had no water for over an hr. Again it didn’t take long for them to install the part. Which I look up the part online it would be only $50 max for both stems. Also they nicked up my handle threads, and didn’t replace them, but charged me 770 for labor and parts. When it was a simple job and they wasted my time not their time. The reason why this company is call Benjamin plumbing is cuz they are going to ask for all the Benjamin’s they can get out of you!!

Great fast service and cheaper than competition. Live human answered the phone for a late night emergency call. Garrett was also great and had a positive attitude even though it was midnight.

Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything prior to work being done and went above and beyond. Work was done in a timely manner and his work area was kept clean during repairs and installation. Would high recommend Benjamin Franklin for any plumbing needs.

Garrett Clark and his team were exceptional! They were professional and efficient. They not only repaired our sump pump but also supplied a bid for additional work in a very timely manner at a fair price. Thank you. We will call on you all again.

Do not use this company. They are scam artist and rip a rip off. They will not give you a estimate over the phone like hook up my refrigerator to a water line or hook up my gas stove. They will charge you $49 to come to your home and give you that estimate. Once they're already in your home you feel bad because they've already shown up. They will charge you hundreds of dollars or thousands of dollars for a licensed mom and pop shop repair that would have been a couple of hundred bucks.

Thrilled with my service. Everyone involved was great to talk with and work with! I initially had a few problems and Preston took care of them immediately and really listened to what I had to say. I will be having all of my plumbing work done with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the future.

Had a messy sewer backup in my basement. Ryder came out the same day I called and worked tirelessly to unclog the sewer pipe. I couldn’t be more pleased with his excellent service. The best of the best!!

John Wood with Benjamin Franklin plumbing is an excellent technician! He came out to do a simple estimate for me and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He took the time to show me some tips and tricks on some of the plumbing issues I’ve been having I would trust John to service anyone and everyone’s plumbing issues in the Wichita area. He’s excellent!

We had a pipe spewing hundreds of gallons of water into our yard on a Sunday afternoon. We are new to Kechi and knew of no plumbers. We moved here in fall and had no idea where shutoffs were in the yard. Benjamin Franklin was the first plumber I found online, the receptionist was incredibly efficient and kind. Josh arrived no more than 30 minutes later, found the problem in minutes (frozen water sprinkler), and got it shut off. Super nice guy, and gave us tips for keeping this from happening in future Kansas winters. None of the rest of the house was affected, and they can repair it correctly in spring after the snow & ice melt. For this kind of disaster, this was a much better experience than it could have been. So glad I called this company first!!

Ryan did a great job with the service I requested. When he found a different issue that made it more complicated, he kept trying things to avoid having to cut the wall open. I really appreciate that he was able to not only fix my water leak, but was willing to go the extra mile.

I had Adrian and Gibson out to do a pan installation for a new shower. Very polite, courteous and professional. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend

When our 11 year old water heater started leaking, we first called the company we have a maintenance contract with. You know, the one you are supposed to have priority service for having the contract? Well, they couldn't schedule us for a week. So we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and their service person Ryan was at our house within half an hour to take a look at the problem. On Monday he was there installing a new one. He was always on time for the appointments, did a perfect job installing a really nice water heater and didn't leave a mess. We are very impressed with their service and would gladly call them again if we need them!

Ryan did great work getting my main sewage line cleaned out. Kept my house clean in the process and was willing to answer my questions as he worked, which I really appreciated. Friendly and great work!

Ryder and his partner came on time and were professional. They installed a water powered backup sump jet for me. I already had the part so they finished the job within a few hours. They answered all of my questions and were able to discover that there was a leak with my new sump pump discharge pipe. I would use them again.

Alex was excellent. We had water in the basement. There were several possibilities for the origin. He methodically looked and isolated the problem....a blocked sewer. He worked for 6 hours to remove the blockage. Efficient, clean, and fixed! Doesn't get better than that on a Sunday afternoon.

We had a leak in the drain line under the slab concrete foundation. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with plumbing repairs. They sent somebody out to give us a quote and he decided that he needed somebody with more experience in that area to quote so he sent another person. John explained everything and the price was explained and no surprises. They were on time and were very quick and through with their work. Alex is a very experienced, professional plumber and was great to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone. You get what you pay for and it's done right the first time.

Gibson was my service guy. He was very professional and fast. Took the time to get the job done and was very thorough with everything. Had to get my sewer unclogged and he made sure everything was out. Didn’t double check but triple check his work to make sure the bathtub would flow easily also. Highly satisfied with his work.

Alex was absolutely awesome, he arrived on time and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and didn’t make me feel stupid while explaining the work he needed to do. 10/10 would recommend, just a stellar guy! Ask for Alex!!!
